Well it looks like I'm not the only dissatisfied customer here.I only tried to verify my account today after being a member for months.Never won anything but there is 50euros in my account so I thought to withdraw it.After uploading documents again and again I finally tried live chat.
I can only say that the treatment and level of rudeness just left me in such a state I decided to just call it quits.
But then I received an email.
I responded.And to my horror asked for details of my card.
Something just clicked inside my head.
Anyway I have ended all communication and I hope anyone reading this will please stay well away from this site.
Red flags should be their logo.

Review:

I am extremely disappointed with MrGreen.
• I requested a withdrawal on 18 November, but my funds have still not been sent.
• I uploaded my ID for verification, but my account was never approved.
• Despite multiple contacts with support, speaking with agents including Jude, Joan, Joann, Romelo, and Vikka, my issue has not been resolved.
• Finally, my account was blocked/closed without explanation.

I want my funds sent immediately and my account reactivated. I am still waiting for my money, and this delay is completely unacceptable. Support clearly does not prioritize customers, and repeated excuses are unacceptable.

I am sharing this experience to warn others: be extremely cautious with MrGreen.

Just a warning for those signing up - I did so via a targeted Facebook ad, but received the wrong (worse) welcome offer with ridiculous 20x wager requirements. Customer support refused to correct the offer.

So just be careful you seemingly can’t trust them!

I am waiting for a simple reply to a request to withdraw my own, actually deposited money with no response so far. Nothing to do with churning free spins or promotion cash, just want my original cash deposit back.
To anyone frustrated by Mr G : email them a complaint. Keep a copy. Allow two weeks to get a reply and if it's not resolved go to IBAS (Google it) for free arbitration. They will have to reply and it's the best advice you will get !

What does the status waiting mean when withdrawing ?

I signed up and was given a limit of 2000 pound a day!! I cannot afford to gamble like that so I was betting 50pence to a pound on separate numbers on the roulette. Was after a few days just over 200 pound down and they closed my account saying I was betting irresponsibly. Not sure jow that works as o could have bet 2000 pound a day!!! This site is a total scam, avoid at all costs.

What happened?
i told your customer support, your bonanza game from BTG was lagging, every spin is 5-10 seconds to land, they would send it to the "tech department", no news yet.
if you completed a bonus on ELK games and is to fast to click "spin" for another bonus, the game crashes and gives you the "something went wrong" message, it then holds your money for up to 10 minutes before giving them back to your account.
on your front page, you are flexing pragmatic games, as if they were any good, they just make YOU the most money and have really bad RTP.

I wish I could give them zero . It’s totally scam I would say . I have deposited money and after some winning they restricted my account so I want play anymore . Tried to withdraw my funds and it’s been 2 weeks no sign of funds into my bank account . Numerous emails and their online chat platform no helpful as they have same scripted reply all the time . No transaction proof no banking details etc .
Lodged my complain to MGA and eCogra now waiting what will be the outcome.

Almost impossible to win, asks for bonus since I never receive any promotions to start with and I lost quite some.

I am never the person who asks for a bonus, ever.

I get met by an absolutely terrible support who is sarcastic, patronising and rude.

Only positive on this site is the fast withdrawal speed, otherwise I would give 1 star.
