I played Midas 1 and 2 over 300 spins without a single bonus. Every time two scatters appeared, the game glitched and blocked the third. This looks like deliberate cheating.

I’ll stick to LeoVegas – at least they don’t steal players’ money so openly.

If any experience i got from playing Mr Green shows me that there is much control through the username. I like the quick paying out, but I think Mr Green is more setup possibly for the Money Laundering group. That's why bonus spins are very very rare.

Discrimination against people from Ireland is their policy.

I have been a member of mrgreen.com for several years. I closed my account temporarily and endeavoured to reopen it recently. While they were happy enough to reopen the account to take my money, when it came my turn to take some money and withdraw, they are refusing to let me.

I was told I needed to verify my account again. I got an email with a list of the required documents and which types of documents were acceptable. I uploaded the requested documents and then heard no more. When I tried to get through to their so-called customer service, I was at first ignored. After the ridiculous and extremely irritating experience of trying to get past the bot (clearly designed to stop people trying to contact customer service at all), I was then put through to an agent who simply ignored me. I waited over 10 minutes without a single word from her. A few days later I tried again and this time the agent did speak to me, sort of. What, by the way, is the point of paying real people to respond to customers and then training them to behave like brainless robots? It's moronic, and that is a word I would also like to use to describe their agent. He told me at first that I needed to upload the proof of address document, which I not only had already done, but had already written in the chat, that I had done so. He then told me I hadn't uploaded it, even though it was only a matter of scrolling up the screen a few lines to see the document right there. When I finally persuaded him to do that and he saw that I had uploaded the document, he told me it was the wrong 'form', without any explanation as to what he meant. He then put up a list of types of documents I should use, one of which was a utility bill, the type I had uploaded. It clearly states on the website, in the email sent to me and in this agent's list, that a utility bill is acceptable, but the agent kept saying I needed to upload it again. Realising this agent hadn't the intelligence to deal with any kind of problem, I asked to speak to his administrator. It took me another 10 minutes to finally get him to put me onto his administrator, who proved just as robotic and insensitive as the agent. He simply kept telling me that I had to upload another document and only on my insistence finally told me that mrgreen.com discriminates against Irish people by accepting utility bills from everywhere else, but not from Ireland.

I have now uploaded another document, but I am not confident that they will accept it. This is clearly deliberate strategy to make it as difficult as possible for customers to withdraw.

Avoid mrgreen.com, if you actually want to withdraw winnings from time to time, and especially if you're from Ireland.

The are a disgrace to deal with I’ve been weeks trying to explain or understand why they stopped a extra 900€ on my bet a rule 4 is 20 percent and not 40 , not one email or text from them and I’ve been online with 5 of them and not one of them makes any sense

Absolutely disgusting customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude and even though they state 48/72 hours it's taken weeks to get a reply on more than 1 occasion. They closed the United Kingdoms site down and stole so many customers money and are giving duplicate email replies asking for the same information after sending it 3 times I've given up on them. Annoying as they are, the auto reply emails are much less frustrating than trying to communicate with an "agent" DO NOT SIGN UP. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I PROMISE YOU WILL ONLY REGRET IT.

They refused to pay my original deposits.

I made 2 deposits on April 10 (USD $95) and 1st of May (USD $30) $125 in total, I used this site until my account was limited so I wasn't able to place any more bets, therefore I decided to withdraw my money last May 11

After making multiple requests to their very unhelpful costumer service chat representatives, they made a partial payment of $336, however my original deposit amount of $125 it's still retained without any clear explanation.

At this point, I asked them endlessly when I'll get my money back but they never want to give an answer, all it's up to their "payment/financial team" which doesn't even have a email address.

UPDATE:

After filling my complaint with the MGA (Malta Gaming Authority) I finally got my original deposits back. Of course, this wasn't a coincidence.

Why a business would choose to be exposed this way instead of doing the right thing since the beginning? I can't understand.

Shitty company

Shitty company, it’s been 4 weeks and still no money.
I’ve sent the correct documents, but they keep giving different excuses all the time.
They claim my bank returned the money – NOT TRUE.
They complain about blurry images, ask for a new account – I only have one account.
Suddenly, the chat says everything looks fine – for the third time – and just minutes later I get an email from 888 saying my documents weren’t approved. Hilarious, I haven’t even played on 888!?

I reply to 888 – and the same person who said things looked good at Mr Green is working in 888’s customer support – they say it was a mistake and to ignore it.
888 is a sister company to Mr Green – what a joke, stay away from them.

Now they’ll be reported – going into the 4th week over 3600 SEK.
I’m reporting them to the authorities – they can deal with it.
