I give a 3 star because the length of time for my withdrawal! Kept saying my bank card withdrawal failed and contact bank and after contacting bank the payment was never made both times! Received a bank transfer 3 days later, also if in the uk pragmatic games don’t work (half the games) says not in your jurisdiction

Mr. Green Casino violated my rights as a player and demonstrated shocking negligence. Despite having a self-imposed deposit limit of €500/month, the platform allowed me to deposit nearly €8,000 — a clear breach of Irish law and their own “Responsible Gambling” policy.

I filed a complaint on March 11th, 2025. Over 30 days later, I’ve received nothing but vague emails, empty promises, and zero resolution. No apology. No timeline. Just stall tactics like asking for documents they already have.

This situation has caused me anxiety, sleepless nights, and forced me to hire lawyers and a private investigator. Mr. Green is a repeat offender — they’ve already been fined in the UK and Sweden for similar failures.

If you’re thinking about playing here, don’t. You risk losing your money and your peace of mind. I’ve already taken legal action and will continue to expose this case publicly until justice is done.

If I could I would give 0. Have sent countless id’s and verification and customer-support have said countless times that they would work on the problem and so on but they never reach back. Probably the worst customer support

Mr Green tries to be all fancy, but it’s full of hidden fees and terms that make you wonder if it’s worth it. Chillistakes isn’t as flashy, but it’s way more straightforward, with a simple layout that gets you right into the game without any headaches.

Was never a great site but closed my account after years as soon as the other company took it over as I knew I'd zero chance of winning now.

Slow withdrawals and slow Customer service

I got this money from Mr Green after withdrawing 2,770 after a terrible fight because their website had been renewed and I couldn't get this money with which I withdrew from there. First they said they would compensate for that but unfortunately they didn't compensate for anything and I don't recommend anyone to play with Mr Green at the moment because their website is completely down and they don't give anything.

Signed up, made a deposit and played. Went to cash out but was requested to send in verification documentation. As soon as I submitted all documentation, my account was blocked and so were my funds.

Essentially, Mr Green took my deposits but blocked my account when I went to cash out. I've been trying to reach out to live chat and email but somehow, I can't seem to get through. I'm assuming they blocked my email as well.

At this point I just want the money deposited (A meagre EUR25) rather than my winnings, but there is no way to reach out to them.

What sort of scam is this site running?! Had I known that Mr. Green had gone down the hill in the last few years, I would not have bothered. I will be filing a report with the MGA.

Worst customer service and very cunning system to loose everything. Whenever someone try to withdraw money, they will start showing excuses to persuade people to spend the money until balance is zero.

Mr Green accepted my £20 deposit 2 years ago and then shut my account without warning. It’s taken 2 years of threats and sending constant different versions of ID before they finally gave up on their pathetic scam to retain £20 and refunded it today. Avoid the site like the plague!!

I got the welcome bonus and i bet 35x the bonus amount. They now refuse to pay my winnings because somewhere in the AGB they stated that you are only allowed to bet max 5 euro per Bet.

i can't log in.. i have been having issues the past 1 week... I have really big trouble logging in now.. The annoying part - i really love MrGreen... I have written to support 3-4 times... It bugs

The odds are more than just against you, they dont even hide that they are taking your money. I lost 200kr in 5 minutes, by spinning some stupid machine, i only betted 5 kr pr spin. SO STUPID I WILL NEVER GAMBLE AGAIN.

The new mr green sucks. It’s buggy, it’s slow, no app and the games are boring.

It seems they make it purposely difficult to upload documents before withdrawing your winnings. I tried about 5 different documents (unsuccessfully) and when I contacted customer service about it, the response times in the live chat were brutally slow - having to constantly check my phone for 20 minutes trying to get a simple question answered, only for the chat to get disconnected because I have have a day job and couldn’t stay glued to my phone. I did get a follow up email but when I submitted another document directly back to the customer service email, I never got a response. To multiple attempts…. So there I was back at square one, weeks later, still not able to withdraw.

Can’t imagine how many people have ended up playing their winnings because it takes weeks to successfully withdraw - myself included obviously. Worst customer service and customer experience I’ve had on a gambling site. You should do better.
