I have successfully claimed all of my deposits back through my bank under visa disputes. Reported the transactions as “services not received "

They are unregulated in the UK and shouldn’t be trading. Also reported to action fraud.

I deposited money with MrJones Casino in good faith, only to discover later that they are not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and are illegally targeting UK players. After making multiple deposits, I attempted to withdraw my winnings of £5,500 — but the casino refused to process the withdrawal and ignored my support requests entirely.

On top of this, they charged undisclosed transaction fees with every deposit — nothing was clearly shown or agreed to beforehand. This is deceptive and unfair.

Only after researching further did I find out that MrJones Casino is operating under a foreign licence (Comoros/Anjouan), which is not valid in the UK. This was never made clear during sign-up or deposits.

I’ve now reported the site to:
• Action Fraud (UK police fraud reporting)
• The UK Gambling Commission
• And I’ve initiated a chargeback through my bank, as the services paid for were not delivered and the platform is not authorised to operate here.

I strongly advise anyone affected to:
• Stop using the site immediately
• Request a chargeback through your bank or card provider
• And report them to action fraud and gambling commission.gov.uk.

This site is deceptive, unregulated, and withholding money. Avoid it completely and warn others.

No star I was up £12000 in the morning today I check my balance was only £200 so I contacted them was advised I won to much they have to take £11800 from my balance total scam also they don’t pay out my withdrawal been cancelled twice, in the past 10 days i have sent emails to them but not even 1 reply from also the have provided the email to complain but the email is not valid so be careful total SCAM

Probably one of the worst online casinos I've ever experienced.

Several issues: They allow credit card deposits, I thought this was no longer allowed in the UK regulations? Deposits are filtered through different countries, for example, San Salvador, Lusaka, via different company names and involve transaction fees and payment taken in dollars. Responsible gambling, there is no self exclusion and if you try to close your account, your request is ignored. Withdrawals: they ask for documents if you try to withdraw, making it a condition, again this is not gambling commission regulations

PLEASE PLEASE Listen to me. I would call myself a seasoned gambler I.e. you name it I’ve been there. Basically I’ve banned myself from all the big sites but when you have a problem you try and find it, and I found this site and omg what absolute amateurish it is. Verification process is lengthy took around 2 weeks but once that is done withdrawal process takes 1-2 days. I found customer service to be very helpful too

I played a spin on one of their roulette games, with the spin recording a win - but my balance didn’t change. Luckily all of their games have their own game history page which confirmed what I’d won and what my balance should have been, but wasn’t.
The main casino ‘account section’ also has a game history page but while this page recorded the exact same game with the exact same stake at the exact same moment, it recorded it as a loss.

I contacted customer services who said they’d raise a ticket to investigate, and heard nothing back. Two days later I chased again to be told the same, it would be raised to investigate. A couple of days later my balance showed a manual adjustment of the ‘win’ portion of the spin, and I contacted customer service again to ask about the ‘stake’ portion which in roulette would also be returned. I was told the matter had been closed as the balance adjustment corrected the mistake, despite it demonstrably not.

At this point I contacted their complaints team and whilst I did get an acknowledgment within 24 hours, a week since has gone by and I’m now having to chase them again or consider third party avenues of complaint for incorrect settling of this bet

Ok, first I have send my verification documents from over a week and still nothing.
Second, I have just lost over £1000 on the game Gates of Olympus 1000 playing normally on bet £1 per spin.
