Deposited money, bought a bonus, game wouldn't load but the money was taken out my account. I contacted them through chat and I was told they would get back to me. I decided to withdraw my balance and close my account, but I had to verify my account first. I tried to send required documents but they wouldn't accept my details. I will be contacting relevant authorities.
