I ordered my item, postage was free and it came 3 days later, perfect experience.

I have found a very interesting website for the quality of products on offer, although I have had the misfortune that one I ordered and paid for was no longer in stock.

Very poor communication during delivery, very poor response to the quality of the product . With these items being personally signed , don't get how I can receive a signed shirt photo from david de gea , saying he played for Manchester city . Have emailed a few times and not received any feedback . Now have one unhappy son .

The product arrived damaged. I have tried several times to email, WhatsApp and messenger the company and had no reply. It is a shame as if it was not damaged I would have been really happy with the product. However the lack of customer service means I am very unsatisfied

I placed an order on 14 June 2024 for my nephew's birthday, and I was assured it would arrive by June 23rd. It is now well past that date, and I have yet to receive the order. Despite contacting customer service twice for an update, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be ordering from this company again and would advise others to be wary of their delivery promises.

This is the second review email I’ve received. I choose to ignore the first one to give these guys the benefit of the doubt but I placed my ordered on the 12/06 spending nearly £300 and today is the 26/06 - I’m yet to receive the item I ordered.

I’ve emailed and had no response.

I’ve messaged on instagram and also had no response.

I paid through PayPal as for me it was the safest way with purchase protection, but when trying to raise a case - assumes I want a refund which isn’t the case.

So I hope this messaged finds Mr Memorabilia well, and gives them insight to the service I’ve experienced and hopefully from this point we can have some communication and this all get sorted is a nice calm and timely manner.

I’m very happy to review again after.
