You charged me for a before 10am delivery and you turned up at 11.30

purchased dado rails, but unfortunately they are not suitable as they are larger than required. I therefore requested to return the items.
However, I have been informed that the company does not provide a standard returns service. The items may only be returned if I arrange and pay for the return shipping myself, and a 50% restocking fee will also be deducted from any refund.

The wood looks nice but the delivery cost is too much.

Paid extra for the primed MDF and Dado rail but needed a lot of additional prep before painting by our decorator.

The surface was not smooth enough to paint immediately so needed rubbing down, which was a lot of extra work.

The design was nice and price was ok but we were assuming the product was “paint ready” when it wasn’t

Good quality product and delivered efficiently.

Poor communication, I had to phone as my order was not being processed.
Told they would phone back, never did.
I phoned again and was told my order was waiting to be processed.
When I placed the order on line, I had difficulty getting the details I wanted to be accepted and it would not accept the code for discount as this was my first order on line.
I wanted the door linings to be unprimed and with 838 trench’s.
I phoned again and was told the order was being processed.
Eventually the order arrived, not what I ordered, primed and untrenched.
I phoned to enquire as to why the order was not as ordered and was told as there was no instructions to trenching they sent it left for me to cut and the order was for primed.
If there was a question as to the order they could have contacted me instead of just taking the easy route.
This was a test order as I required more but I will not be ordering from them now.

I ordered multiple lengths of under-coated dado rail.
These arrived in good time and in perfect condition. The quality was very good with no damage detected.

Had a quality issue which was sorted asap, very good service

Window board came perfectly to size ordered (too large for me to get in my car) - 270 mm wide x 3000 mm long x 25 mm thick), primed ready for fixing. Arrived in time and competitively priced. I would certainly use company again and can recommend them. Mike
