I am absolutely furious with this so-called casino. It is beyond me how this place can continue after the scams it has played and gotten away with. If there is ever a class action suit against this business please put my name at the top. You will not get your winnings from them so don't even waste your time. And to insult me after taking my winnings which I earned fair and square? I don't even have words. I am absolutely disgusted!

This casino group, which includes eternal gaming and goat spins amongst others is not transparent and attempts to silence. any critique. All complaints on telegram are immediately removed.
This casino group is ripping people off.

Overall good site , customer service not bad

been playing at Mr.O Casino for a while. Had no complaints until my VIP transfer was approved pending $200 one time deposit after making said deposit no word for over two weeks first week contacted customer support. They told me they would look into it and to send an email which I did week two same no VIP status no explanation one last note customer service representative all seem to be vague, uninterested, annoyed, and downright rude. Spend your money elsewhere.

This casino and its “sister sites” like Eternal Slots, GOAT spins, and Detective Slots send you promotional emails claiming that you can get free spins.

If you actually claim a few of these “free bonuses” that have a ridiculously high play through amount and maximum cash out of $30 or $50 actually are used against you if you win. They will label you as a “bonus hunter” and refuse to give you any additional bonuses.

The chat support “agents”, especially Neil, are most likely not even real people. If they are real, they are the most useless human beings in existence.

I would give ZERO stars to this ridiculously scammed and tight group of casinos.

You never win with real clean deposits - only on their silly bonuses where you have to play $3,000 of bets in their tight slots to cash out $30. But that won’t last long, as you will be eventually labeled a “bonus hunter” and excluded from all of the promotions. How fair of them.

Neil (if he is even a real person) shouldn’t work in customer service because he sucks. And so do these sites.

Forgot my password spent thirty minutes online customer only to be told same stuff refresh page etc none of it worked tried again this week talked to Owen customer service he was more of the same refresh page clear cookies etc none worked again so I ask could he rest password or delete account so I could start over he tells me this is the only way to reset password. What a joke
