I brought my new computer in for service as the screen was damaged out of the blue. Everyone was really friendly and super efficient in handling the issue. The screen was replaced and computer fused in 2 days! Francisco was great and super helpful. Lovely experience.

I took my MacBook pro to M R Systems, Islington and recommend this place very very highly. The staff are excellent; knowledgable, friendly, supportive and they go over and above the usual service you might expect.
I feel better knowing they are there for any future troubles. Don't hesitate to visit if in trouble with Mac devices.

No Complaints good service when they had found out the battery policy for apple . Some warranty that the guy there didn't know about meant I had it all done on warranty.

So deeply upsetting. I've used this company as the SOLE service support and Apple supplier for all our business needs pretty much for the past 10 years. In the past two years, we've had a maintenance contract with them, and their customer service has been truly awful. Not sure where to begin. when our hard drives failed, and we were promised replacement drives, an email went unanswered, for months (and we're still waiting!) . Issues are not resolved unless we email again and again and again. - and then we get a heartfelt apology from one of their support staff (Jason) saying he'll do X. Y and Z immediately, and then - 9 times out of 10, we never hear from him again. It's like they take our money every month and it has started to feel exploitative - we pay money / they ignore emails. with deep , deep regret, we'll be leaving MR and looking elsewhere. It leaves a bitter taste

I had forgotten how good the service is. I have been to Mr Systems before and they have always been excellent. I love that everything is explained to me, that I get updated regularly on the phone if something takes longer and that it is simply super well organised and professional. Ben was fabulous yesterday. Booked through Apple website for repair of my MacBook screen which had stops working. The engineer fixed the issue (connections were loosened) within 15 mins.
The guys were professional and polite and real nice to deal with. They did not charge me at all!

Extremely helpful in the whole booking in process. They diagnosed the issue within an hour, ordered the parts and had I not need to take the machine away for a week on location, they would have had the mac back to me within two days. Polite, fast and helpful. Couldnt be happier with their service.

MR London recently replaced my work's laptop's keyboard. They provided me with a great service and their staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely will use them again in the future.
