Very prompt, professional, courteous and timely service. The engineer texted to inform us what time they would attend, were flexible with our availability, attended site at a time convenient to us, fixed the paper jam and left.

Efficient service. Would highly recommend.

I paid Euroland IT services £318 for a callout for my Canon Prograf 1000 printer. The engineer came and spent approximately 45 mins by which time he determined that it needed some parts. I understood that any parts would extra.
After a week I got a quote. My jaw hit the floor. They quoted me £1362 ( including another £318 call out fee ! ) for SECOND HAND parts! A new Canon Prograf 1100 ( replacement model ) is about £1100. The total cost would be £1,680 for this repair.

To say I am unimpressed is an understatement. Needless to say I am scrapping the printer and getting a new one. It galls me to have to scrap a potentially repairable device.

All I can say is weigh up the cost of repair vs a replacement beforehand.

UPDATE:

As I was about to scrap the printer, I thought I'd investigate myself. I removed the print head and noticed the electrical contacts looked a little tarnished. I cleaned them with isopropyl alcohol and...fixed. The printer would not start up at all - coming up immediately with an error code. I has now started up over 20 times and done several A4 colour prints perfectly. So disappointed that the engineer did not spot this and recommended over £1000 of replacement parts ( second hand at that ) plus the fact that I have wasted £318.

Fixed our printer issues quickly, would use again.

Reached out to Euroland for assistance with a fault on our shredder machine. Customer service and communication was great. The engineer was also kind and helpful. Had a couple bumps in the road due to the wrong part being received but this was swiftly addressed and the machine is now fully functioning. Great experience overall.

Reported an issue with our printer which needed a specialist. Euroland IT sent an engineer as soon as was available ( error occurred around Easter ) . Very knowledgeable and kind engineer arrived with a phone call on the day earlier to assure us . Service with a smile. Great experience, highly recommended. As a plus , reasonably priced compared to other companies who not only would charge for a call out but also for possible parts needed!

My request for a service was answered very quickly. The Engineer who came out was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He gave it a good clean and gave me tips about how to do simple things myself. I would really recommend him/

I was apprehensive about paying up front but I suppose this is inevitable as I can imagine some people are not forthcoming after work is done.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for repairs especially as they come to you making life so much easier.
So to sum up excellent service and definitely would use them again but hopefully won’t have to.

Not only expensive but incompetent! They gave me a wring diagnosis, charge a fortune for a call out and don't guarantee any results.
