Ordered a pair of Jordan 4s Oreos

Ordered a pair of Jordan 4s Oreos. 4th of October for 550£ they were very communicative prior to purchase. I have not gotten an update on tracking id. I have sent maybe 6-8 messages without any response. I would never order from them again

Edit: shoes arrived, they were sent 2 weeks after the original order date, I was refunded for shipping and for a slightly damaged box. They started to answer messages, apparently they had a technical issue.

Poor

Ordered a pair of trainers Wednesday 7th of this month, worth £200 with £9 p+p. Firstly I had a discount code but nowhere of entering it via checkout, WhatsApp them asking for help said he would refund me the amount of discount, no response after me purchasing. It’s now the 10th, I’ve had no update in regards to my order, no shipping or tracking number yet it says they deliver them within 2-3 working days! No response to my emails or messages via WhatsApp. Poor communication for any customer wanting answers. I am still waiting. Absolutely shocking!

Hi Jo, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience I would love to be able to put this right for you as we always reply to our customers straight away, this seems very strange! Upon checkout there is an option box to be able to enter your discount code it has always been there and is usually easy to find I'm not sure why you wasn't able to see this. Please could you send me your order number and contact number as I can't find anything under your name and would love to speak to you about this.

Terrible membership service ignore you…

Terrible membership service ignore you and don’t reply at all. Tried to cancel membership serval times to complete silence.

Undivided different level of service

Different level of service, delivered within 48 hours. DPD aswell, none of the unreliable lot.
Highly recommended.
