Unreal service from start to finish. Messaged them on WhatsApp and within an hour they had the item sourced and delivered next day. Very easy to deal with!

Contacted him to ask for a pair of shoes I wanted. He was beyond rude. I was actually in shock as I thought he would have some common sense to be polite when trying to sell a product. I didn't buy due to his attitude alone. I wouldn't even want to give this man my money. Disgusting attitude.

Worse people ever. Quick to take your money but if your not a celeb and can’t get the attention they crave the completely ignore all forms of contact on social media. Very ignorant people especially to the people who actually work hard for there money. Still havnt received an order that was supposed to come 24hrs after they took my money. Would never buy of this company again and staff need training in customer service coz it doesn’t exist

What a rude ignorant company stay clear been waiting for my trainers on a two working day delivery 4 days later still not here to see I have been refunded with no answers

Been trying to get a hold of the guys there for over 3 weeks now. Sent DMs on Instagram, commented on their photos and also sent a WhatsApps.
Still no response!

This website and instagram page is a very elaborate scam. He will post a nice new pair of trainers on the Instagram at a below RRP price to entice you in. He may have bought one pair to show off to his followers and may have fulfilled an order to an high profile celebrity to get endorsement but be warned this is all part of the scam. I placed an order for two pairs of louboutin trainers worth over £2000 for next day delivery only to hear no replies to my emails, Instagram, Twitter and whatsap DM’s. Finally after two months when nothing arrived I contacted PayPal to get my money back.
Stay clear! No one will give you below RRP unless it’s dodgy. Better off going Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols or flannels. They will offer you the service you deserve

Nice of you to reply after 3 years. This is 100% the right company. This is a alias as you have my address from my order. You can try salvage your reputation all you like but the damage is done. These boys the main one called Joseph have scammed so many people from there hard earned money they set up another brand from their profits called yelir. Don’t get conned.

We spent close to £1200 on two pairs of trainers which my other half had been wanting for ages, so as a birthday present, I gave him the money for one of the pairs. We get the delivery to find only one pair of trainers in there, so my other half had emailed to let them know and they confirmed they would send the other order out and let us know the shipping details....this was the 5th August, it’s now the 27th and we still haven’t received these shoes regardless of the constant emails, messages and WhatsApps to the company. They haven’t even offered a refund for the shoes or any apology.
Just some recognition would be nice!

They take no responsibility for their cock ups or urgency in their customers requests, who buy from them but are quite happy to constantly post on their social media about which shoes they’ve shipped to customers. I would take your custom elsewhere, where it will be respected and appreciated.
