Excellent Customer Service
I’m new to Mr Wheeler but I must say that their customer service is excellent. One of my wines was out of stock so they offered to do two deliveries at no extra cost or replace the out of stock wine with a similar wine that was slightly more expensive at no extra cost. I went for the latter and my wines were delivered the next day.

Quality Wine and 5 Star Service
They have a good selection of quality wine from which to choose and I found them to be very accommodating, helpful and efficient. They were happy to make up a bespoke wine gift box and arranged to have it delivered to my relative the day before his birthday. I thought it was really good that I could discuss the kind of thing that I wanted over the phone and place the order at the same time. Excellent service.
