Not the best experience

Not the best experience, made me rethink hiring a professional sleuth like my friend adviced me to , how hard could it possibly be to just get back deleted text messages. I thought you all were professional. I’ve however been able to rectify this issue thanks to instagram, Howard visions was particularly patient and very responsive.

I feel disappointed

Headline: Persistent Technical Failures & Refusal to Refund (Ticket #9622600)

"I am extremely disappointed with mSpy. I purchased the subscription expecting a reliable service, but the software has been completely unusable. The connection drops constantly, and data fails to sync, even when the target device is connected to the internet. At best, it works for only 2–4 hours before failing again.

I have contacted customer support multiple times and followed every troubleshooting step provided. Each time, the issue returns within an hour. Despite proving that the product is technically unstable and incompatible with my device, the company is ignoring my refund requests.

Instead of processing my refund, they are trying to 'buy time' by offering a free month and more technical sessions—which I have already tried and failed. I have clearly stated that I want to cancel and get my money back (Ticket #9622600), but I am being ignored.

Pros: None so far.
Cons: Unstable software, poor sync, and a frustrating refund process.

I demand an immediate full refund as per the satisfaction guarantee. Potential customers, beware of the technical limitations and the difficulty of getting your money back."

i asked about features 10x before…

i asked about features 10x before purchasing only to find out, No they aren't available due to recent IOS updates, gave me the runaround. Also miraculously their CC system wouldn't take my CC (Even though it was one made specifically for international transactions) to which they offered BTC, which was a bit sus but due to them being an international company. Took Pmt, ended up linking me tosome basic free/payware site for pinging via text message. Found out no, you can't keylog or screenview on IOS after sales assured me you could. Asked for a refund, provided all info and they ghosted me. SCAM, SCAM,SCAM!!!

Edit: Mspy says only after jailbreak can their software be loaded. Except what is not conveyed is it is all impossible if the phone is IOS 26 or an iPhone 17 and up, which i asked MULTIPLE times before purchasing the $350 Ultimate package to which they seemingly refuse to issue my refund for.

service and refund

I subscribed for a service. They dupe you with constant requests for additional services they don't tell you about, you can't move forward without confirming.
After doing this, the service never worked. I immediately requested a refund, which was denied, except for an extension of the service (which doesn't work).
They sent me a email saying they can't refund me because of their policies, but offered an extension. When I checked my account they had taken extra payments out that I did not authorize nor did I know anything about these extras when I brought this up to their attention as well I got the exact same response. The service doesn't work, customer service doesn't work... I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Nothing works properly

Nothing works properly. Messages, activity, calls are only updated the next day, most of the time when you try to access the camera or the microphone does not work, it repeats the same message try again. Geo fencing, it is useless....it does not show you when it enters or leaves the predefined area, it only mabey appears the next day, I repeat...maybe, and sometimes you don't receive any location updates about geofencing. I'm not talking about the messages...you have no chance of understanding the conversation, the messages come mixed up, duplicated, messages from the past are repeated, but with today's date...it's total chaos. I don't understand this audacity to ask for a lot of money for an application that is almost completely non-functional!!

It doesn't do what it claims. It asks me for an iCloud login and shows me a dashboard. I can see that in iCloud! I tried to reach out for help 10x today over 8.5 hours. No actual help given. Everything you click on just wants more $. Complete waste

Don't waste your money

You guys are ridiculous, no customer service and spotty service at best I've paid extra for features I can't even use. What a waste of a 6 month extreme subscription.. 100s wasted!!
