Pure crooks based in Talin estonia. Soft doesn’t work at all with iPhones. No refunds just bullshit emails. Reply every 48hours . Impossible to get your money back. Got my money back through credit card. Don’t waste your money and time . It doesn’t work.

I have downloaded the app on the target…

I have downloaded the app on the target device several times and only can get parts of it to work. The parts that work differ each time I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Several times it gets stuck during download and won't let me advance even though I have all the toggles turned correctly. Although, it's been very frustrating it is better than nothing. I have tried repeatedly to get help but finally gave up.

Now look - NO FAIR TRIAL PERIOD - do not buy!

Now look, I think it’s fair to give a product to try before you buy. Especially these days where there are so many products out there. I tried this product after reading good reviews so I feel it is my obligation to leave a review about my experience. First of all, it was quite complicated. Secondly once you get into the product itself, it starts up selling you like if you want to pay double you can monitor two of your child’s devices even if they’re connected and they offered no trial period whatsoever. I wasn’t happy with the product when I started using it and so I simply called them and asked if I could have a refund on the one month that I had purchased. Not only did they not give me a refund it took over two weeks of going back-and-forth for them to tell me that they would not. There wasn’t even a seven day trial. There was nothing but hey, you better buy it and you better like it. And I will be repeating this review everywhere I can on the Internet because I bought based on reviews that I had read.

Frauds

Frauds. Information shared is not at all transparent. Once you make a payment, they'll show their real face. Whatever you want will be available only on the top plan. Even their customer support doesn't connect you to an agent once you make a subscription. Without subscription, they'll connect and make you pay. Once you're in, they'll ask for more payment.

This is truly the TOP OF THE LINE. It does absolutely everything you could ask for in one app. I have tried others and no one offers it all. Others always had something missing. Customer support is great. They always solve the issue. I have absolutely no complaint. Don’t waste your time trying others. It's a bit costly but you definitely get what you pay for. It's worth the cost. It allows you to hear the surroundings, see the surroundings from the front and back camera, take screenshot, see the screen in real time, record conversations you child is having with others, social media monitoring and more. It's like you have a twin of your child's phone. I gave a 5 star review because that's the most I could give.

Did not use the services, not ONCE, because of circumstances that was out of my control.
The phone I was going to use this for, that person was in a terrible accident and will not use a phone in a very long time.
3 days after my payment I told MSPY this and still I have to pay for THREE whole mounths!
No help, no emphaty what so ever. Did not use the services. NOT ONCE!
