Tech support with Johnny Smith was…

Tech support with Johnny Smith was great. Will try his solutions and hopefully get the problem corrected. mSpy, for me, only works part of the time. I sometimes go over a day without an activity update. I made an addition purchase to get live screen streaming and it has not worked in about 5 months. Keep getting the same response from other techs to try something that doesn't exist on the phone. This is very discouraging. And of course, when you need monitoring the most, it doesn't work. I am close to renewal and on the borderline of seeking another service.

Paid for 3 months and none of the…

Paid for 3 months and none of the claims they make are true. Nothing is accurate, GPS is wrong, messages don't say who they are from or to. Everything lags by days email you can only see inbox not deleted or spam. This is a total scam. They refused to refund me after I reached out and offered me instead the insulting offer of a free consultation with their installation team. The software was installed correctly and with the other person's knowledge. Worst company ever!

To make it worse they add this response and haven't sent me anything. I check my email multiple times a day thank you. I reached out for a refund within 5 days of the terrible service and your team dragged it out to a month and offered me a "how to" hand holding on set up. IT'S SET UP CORRECTLY. YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. and what does it say about a company when after they falsely advertise their services and blatantly false the advertise it they're only option for you is ooh we'll give you a whole month of a technician to help you install it no refund no partial refund no alternatives as they claim they emailed me just simply insults

Speedy Customer Support

I inadvertently paid for two subscription extensions, but the dashboard gave me credit for only one. I contacted customer support via chat, and Allan took care of the issue in less than a minute!

mSpy playing with customers data

mSpy withheld my data for 4 days, then later for 5 full days, and before that for several hours or 1-2 day periods. I have clear evidence of this. When I reported them to the authorities and sent them a screenshot as proof, the data suddenly started coming again for 1 day, or the missing 4-5 days of data finally loaded.
They just filled the 5-day gap on the 21st, but only after I sent them proof that I had reported them to Trustpilot. The ugly reality is that they still treat contract violations, data theft, abuse, and misleading people as a game. They use false promotions, false promises, and fake 5-star reviews to deceive everyone.
Since I still haven’t received fresh data—only the old 5 days that were missing—I will continue to report them to further authorities, just as I have done so far. I will keep sharing updates about the developments here.

If I could give them 0 stars I would do it with pleasure. Firstly, I'd advise you to not purchase any plans. They have adds on for extra money, the extreme plan should include everything instead is similar with premium for double price. All the messages and social media despite were coming on the phone, it didn't display anything to me. Secondly, When you try to contact customer service the AI bot is repeatedly asking your name email etc instead to connect you with a real person. When I contacted the management team they were not even signing the email with a person name, just management team. Very poor, I had the impression that I am addressing to robots not people. Finally, I told them to cancel my account and to refund me. They deleted my account and nothing happened until I made a payment dispute through revolut who managed to get my money back, otherwise they won't do anything. Stay away from them and save your money.

Scammy sign up

As several others have reported, the sign-up process feels borderline deceptive and relies on misleading tactics. What appears to be a basic package ends up including multiple billings for unwanted extras. I only realized this after reviewing my bank statements. Be careful or better yet, DONT SIGN UP.

I requested a refund for the additional charges and was happy to keep the original package. Instead of resolving the issue, I was offered even more add-ons.

I expect the response here may follow a similar pattern, but from my perspective, the process felt dishonest, misleading and scammy.

I only used the service to make sure my dad who had dementia wasn't getting scammed but ended up getting scammed myself.

Maybe mSpy need their devices monotoring.

UPDATE: I reached out to support as suggested and didn't get any response.

Absolute SCAM

Before purchasing, I was expecting to be able to view my children’s WhatsApp messages and other phone activity directly on my computer, without needing physical access to their phones. This turned out to be completely false. The only way to view anything was by having the phone in my hands and connecting it to my laptop. At that point, I could simply check WhatsApp on the phone itself, making your service entirely pointless.

Despite this misrepresentation, I made the mistake of purchasing a one-year subscription costing over $100. To make matters worse, I was later charged an additional $19, which I never authorized. When I questioned this charge, I was told it was for “phone services,” which is both unclear and unacceptable, as I never agreed to any such service.

Due to the lack of transparency and trust, I have deleted all related software from my computer. I no longer feel safe using your product.

customer service has been equally disappointing. I have sent two separate complaint emails and received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication is unprofessional and reinforces my belief that the company does not take customer concerns seriously.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and strongly advise others not to spend their money on this service.

This method requires the installation of our Computer app and sync with the target device for proper functionality. Please be aware that these features are not accessible through iCloud sync alone, as Apple’s iCloud system does not permit the retrieval of such data.
