Trial

I only wanted a 3 month trial for £38+ but when I checked out they had added extras which I never wanted. I ended up paying £200+. Don’t even enquire because you’ll just end up paying for stuff you never ordered.

Absolutely awful experience.

Absolutely awful experience.
Initially purchased, price was agreed then additional charges got taken out my account approximately equating to just short of £200 due to "This payment was made directly from your account using the "one-click" method. Please be advised that these transactions were initiated by you, so it falls outside of our responsibility." Which I didn't actually accept and additional features.
Their refund policy basically excludes them from refunding ANYTHING.
With this in mind I would strongly advise you do NOT have anything to do with this scam of a company

This is absolutely the Worst monitoring…

This is absolutely the Worst monitoring software for phones. Not only is it cumbersome to install, but you are limited to one phone and it does not include camera or microphone which cost much extra. Much better products out there for less than half the price!!
Want to monitor two phones? Pay up!

I got double charged and they refuse to…

I got double charged and they refuse to refund me my money. Instead they tried to say they will combine the packages and add a few extra months free. The unethical scam part is when you are setting it up, you are trying to get it to work by following the steps and thats where they throw in some tricks to make you purchase without knowing. You assume there is an error and then suddenly you get an email double charging you. When you try to message them for help no one offers to help. If I still don't get refunded for being double charged I will make sure to review every single page mspy is talked about and also make tiktok and youtube videos about it till it's refunded.

I finally got an agent my herothat took care…

I finally got an agent that took care of business within an hour compared to having to freeze my account until I was able to get the right kind of help Christian Hill please. Teach these agents how to take càre of business. I can't thank him enough I am sending u over the conversation that we had I know you'll can get a copy but I was told to send it

This company is a total fraud!!

This company is a total fraud!!
It was advertised as £27.99 for a one off payment which I wanted to use for my 10 year old son's phone.
They took £64.79 from my account even though I cancelled the payment but they were able to bypass my Norton and still take the funds.

After that the service which was promised required a full years subscription up front totalling £360.

I have requested a refund but to no avail.

This is a fraudelent company and not to be used!!!

Sales agents misrepresent their services

The company sales people deliberately misrepresent their product and make promises they can't uphold. They say that they have a 14day money back guarantee, but give excuses when you want your money back. I should have read the reviews before purchasing their subscription.

This is nothing like Myspy tells you…

This is nothing like Myspy tells you when you pay the $479.00 that you would get social media, key logger, messages live calls, you get no more than what you can pull up on your phone bill. Support forget support after they get your money, if you want more information you have to pay appropriately the same amount again for their ultimate package. Have ask for refund, message says they will reply within twelve hours, I’m not holding my breath but I will be on this site daily. Advise, DO NOT get my spy rip off
