We sincerely apologise there was a delay receiving the Return pack. These are sent by Royal Mail and should be received by the customer the next working day. However this is not always the case and appears to have arrived to yourself late.

Initial contact and experience good but receipt of return envelope delayed second was sent both arrived together resulting in withdrawal of offer until I registered complaint and eventually Samsung reinstated

fast and reliable. Quite satisfied. Eventhough they mention that they will send you a pack to send the device back is just a plastic bag, you will still need to buy or send a box in order to protect the device during shipping.
