Easy service great price

Got my estimate online and received a recycle pack a few days later.
I sent off my phone the next day, and the day they received it, I got an email letting me know it was being checked over.
Few hours later they confirmed the agreed price and processed payment.
I got received the money in my account about 4.30pm that same day.

Would 100% recommend and use the service again.

This is my second phone I've sent and both times been quick easy payment received same day.

Simple, fast and efficient process. The website info was clear, and even though it's a bit of a faff to check the phone is unlocked, the instructions were easy to follow. The postal bag arrived quickly. In a short time I had the email confirming they had received the phone and checked it, and the money was in my account soon after that. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a bit more cash - £20 doesn't seem much for a phone that was only a couple of years old, but I'm very happy with the service, and the money, and that the recycling means it won't go to landfill.

Very quick and smooth process. I sent my device on the Saturday morning and received my payment on the Monday afternoon! The only drawback was having to find a suitable box/packaging to send my device in - you only receive the plastic bag and label.

Paid the exact amount advertised on the Website. After bad experience with a competitor changing the price from £600 to £100 it was great to transact with someone paying what they said upfront.

I give this 5 stars because it was so straightforward. After submitting my details to recycle my old phone I received the envelope to post back the following day. Free postage, was able to track it's location and payment was made on the same day of receipt. A fair price for a recycled phone. Better then sitting in a cupboard doing nothing. Thank you.

This a great service. I was sent a bag to send my item back. This arrived the following day. My item was returned, postage paid. The money was in my account within two days

This was such a hassle free process. My packaging arrived quickly, it was delivered within a few days. Samsung then emailed me that they received my item to then payout being the same day. I would highly recommend this company. It was such an easy process.
