Product arrived damaged after several weeks. I've made multiple attempts over several days to contact mtx-performance (voice mails, emails, chats, many unanswered phone calls) to deal with the issue, but it appears they are 'ghosting' me. Their customer service is abysmal and virtually non-existent. BE VERY WARY OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!
Stay away, far far away. I ordered a part March 6th. After waiting 2 days, I received no shipping confirmation at all. I tried calling the business, and was told they were looking into my order. 4 days later I received a generic Ai generated email that they are sorry about the delay and are working on it. I ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. Thanks to them, I was able to get my money back due to not receiving my purchased item. Again, stay away from this place.

Zero stars, Scam don't bother using this place, I ordered shocks on boxing day, to find out that they made a price discrepancy and wanted to charge me $315.00 more then I already paid and wouldn't send my product until the difference was paid. Full on false advertising. Better yet from Dec.26 until Jan.14 the price still hasn't changed on their website. The price of the shocks were 1657.00 reg, the price on their web page was 1143.00. After my deal was done they wanted me to pay 1458.00.
