I was slightly concerned after reading all the negative reviews but decided to go ahead and do an order anyway as the shade of blush I needed was no longer stocked in Superdrug. I am so happy I did this order, the products arrived well packaged and in mint condition. Very quick delivery time. And I am so so pleased with the new mascara, “stop the search” mascara – buy it, it’s amazing!

I ordered the MUA 15 Shade Eyeshadow Palette – Soft Nudes (Order #320095) and was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, when I opened it, I found that one of the plastic hinges was broken, leaving the lid crooked and unable to close properly.

I emailed customer support on 3 November 2025 to request a replacement and offered to provide photos. As of 15 November 2025, I have followed up three times and still received no response at all.

The product itself may be good, but the complete lack of customer service has been incredibly disappointing. A simple reply or acknowledgement would have gone a long way. Sadly, based on this experience, I can’t recommend ordering from this company.

I bought the Elysium palette. The eyeshadow and eyeliner don’t last more then an hour and just smudge everywhere. I also have red patches on my skin due to this cheap makeup. Lesson learnt.

After 2 hours of makeup- Pro base longwear soft matte foundation, my face had patches. In some areas, I was covered, while in others, not at all. UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT 2 FOUNDATIONS.

I have found mua pro/base foundation and it is absolutely brilliant covers well lasts all day and is matte live the spatula because unlike pump action you can use every last drop will not be buying Maybelline again. Well done mua

I purchased MUA Probase long-wear foundation and after just 2 hours it was wearing off around my eyes and then my cheeks.

I sent an email to MUA on 26 February, 2 and 16 March and I've not even received an acknowledgement. I even sent photos of proof but nothing. I've now wasted my money.

There is no customer service whatsoever.

I certainly wouldn't recommend MUA to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I have ordered from MUA a few times but this time they have really let me, the customer, and themselves down this time. I have been sent totally the wrong order( also a much lower value order than the one I actually ordered) I have tried to contact 3 times and had no response at all. I don’t know what else to do. They have my money. I don’t have the products I ordered. Dreadful customer service.

I love the Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil, its really quality and price and I love how it comes with a sharpener too, however when it come to foundation and concealer, I don't find it to be long lasting and it wears away pretty quickly (usually after 3-4hours) so by the end of the day my make up looks pretty patchy however it is affordable, but if your looking for something to last all day maybe this brand isn't the right brand for you. I don't know if its just me this happens to or anyone else.

I recently purchased an eye pencil from this brand. Since using my eyes have been stinging and watering, they are also red and puffy. I will not be using this brand again. Others beware!

Happy with the fast delivery & careful packing however your Sincere lip pencil is now a horrible warm shade rather than the original pink nude like it was before you changed the formula & pencil style. Been buying this for years & the colour now is not as it was. Disappointed with this but the rest were fine .

I have come later in life to buy MUA make up bit just love it I think it’s the best I’ve tried on older skin as before was a fan of benefit and Bobby Brown only but not now I will continue to use MUA, the reason I tried your brand was I found a fabulous Grey brow pencil I love the colour and coverage I have tried for a long time to get one for some unknown reason other brands don’t seem to do them or not that I have found and were always recommending me to have light blonde but that just looked odd with my colouring soooooo pleased have found your brand

I recently ordered many products from MUA and I am very impressed with them. The eyeliners, eyebrow pencils and eyeshadow palette are very good quality. Also, I received a free "Vegan Mystery Bag" with my purchases. There were so many full-size products that I now love! I buy a lot of make-up (both drugstore and high-end brands) and MUA has excellent, affordable options to create any look I want.

i bought the MUA Brow Define Micro Eyebrow Pencil in black colour which i use as a eyeliner since it has that perfect pinpoint size if your looking for a discreet eyeliner effect. I find it easy to apply and it has that texture that makes it glide perfectly which i found to be surprising considering the price. i also bought MUA Brow Define Eyebrow Pencil With Blending Brush in brown. i like how it glides and blend with my natural eyebrows. in addition it has that mini paddle brush on the other size which is unique and useful for blending. i totally recommend this to product! cheap but the quality and packaging say otherwise.

I ordered the pro base concealer and an eye pallet. After using the products I now have swollen skin on and around my eyes 😱. I hope no one else experiences this. Sorry to have to give such a bad review but my order was a total waste of money.

The worst Customer Service ever!! I completed the on-line form leaving feedback for an eyeshadow pallet which was awful - 8 weeks later and 4 emails later, I am still waiting for a response. Will never purchase a MUA product again!
