I wish I could rate this zero star ‼️
These guys are the biggest scum in the Prop firm industry. Here’s my story;
I was among the top rated traders during the MUBITE wars competition. I came out 2nd among over 500+ traders.
Got a 2step 100k crypto prop acct as a reward for my participation and finishing among the top3 rated traders. Even went as far as accepting a promotional video interview, which I did for the firm !
Fast forward to December 2025, when I started trading on my new 100k prop account. I passed the Step1 challenge after multiple drawdowns then dedicated my efforts and skill into passing the step2 with certificates of proof before I became a funded trader with MUBITE.
On my first attempt of trading on my new funded account. I raised a profit target of over 2% that’s almost $2,900… I did this after only 3 trades. I proceeded to request for my payout profits on the night of Jan 25th 2026 and got rejected the next morning. While my trading acct was deemed failed by the MUBITE team.
This was without any drawdown or open trades because I already closed all trades in profit before I proceed to ask for my payout.
Over the past few days, I’ve been documenting a payout dispute with MUBITE Since then, I’ve received multiple DMs from traders describing similar experiences. I’m sharing this strictly for transparency and trader education.
Common pattern reported by multiple traders (including myself):
– Challenge passed
– Funded trading completed
– No real-time warnings or breaches
– Payout denied at request stage
– Reason cited: exposure / risk / leverage
– Enforcement only applied retroactively
According to MUBITE’s published rules, maximum position size violations are supposed to trigger:
– A warning email
– A 5-minute window to adjust
– A breach only if not corrected
Several traders report no warning or notification at all.
In my own case, the trade executed normally, remained open, closed, and the account stayed active. No warning, no soft breach, no hard breach, until payout was requested.
After the issue became public, a partial “goodwill” payout was offered, conditional on deleting public content. When that condition wasn’t accepted, the payout was withdrawn and the matter declared “closed” by the firm.
I’m formally requesting that MUBITE either
1.Process the payout based on funded-phase trading,
2. Publicly clarify how maximum exposure rules are enforced during the funded phase when no real-time warnings or breaches are issued.
At the moment, enforcement appears to occur only at payout, which contradicts the published warning and correction framework.
I’m open to resolution and clarity. Silence or closure without explanation doesn’t resolve the underlying issue for traders.
I usually trade BTC at 1x leverage on Mubite and had no prior issues. On one occasion, I switched the trading pair and the leverage automatically reset to 10x. Since I am not familiar with the Bybit interface, I genuinely did not notice the leverage change at the time.
As a result, my challenge was marked as failed, even though the maximum drawdown was NOT breached. Mubite later acknowledged this was technically “my mistake” and stated that a warning email had been sent. Unfortunately, I never saw that email, and there was no in‑platform confirmation or forced acknowledgment before allowing the trade to proceed at higher leverage.
What makes this situation frustrating is that:
- I closed the trade myself within 6 minutes while didn’t see their email > a one minute difference between their role & my action > shows not gambler.
- I was respecting my position sizing plan (15% at what I believed was 1x leverage)
- The trade (and account) did not hit max drawdown
- I did not let the trade run, gamble, or get liquidated!
Despite this, the challenge was failed with zero consideration for trader intent, risk control, trade timing, duration, or overall account behavior.
The support experience was equally disappointing. Both public and private chat responses felt dismissive and inflexible, with no attempt to evaluate the broader context:
- My clean trading history.
- Proper risk management before and after the incident.
- Immediate corrective action once I noticed the issue.
A “gambler” is someone who lets trades run without stops or waits for liquidation. Closing a trade quickly upon realizing an error is the opposite of gambling. Unfortunately, Mubite made no distinction between responsible risk management and reckless behavior, applying rules mechanically regardless of drawdown or intent.
I joined Mubite because their website and community messaging promote welcoming disciplined traders for long‑term participation, discussion, and shared market insight. I was genuinely interested in being part of their Discord community and contributing as a serious BTC trader focused on structured marker-maker setups (I’m familiar with that!), risk control, and consistency. Based on that positioning, I expected a professional evaluation process that considers overall behavior not a single brief technical thing.
For traders seeking long‑term growth, professional risk evaluation, and fair treatment, I cannot recommend Mubite at all. There are better alternatives that evaluate traders holistically, support disciplined participation, and treat serious traders as long‑term assets rather than disposable accounts.
As I have nothing and they made little money out of that issue, I’m glad that:
- I didn’t hit drawdown stated and didn’t gamble leaving trades open. > success
- Passed evaluation on another prop firm account at the same day Mubite marked it as failed. > success
- Other better firms I believe still welcomes serious traders to their discord community to a level that let traders join their team! > success
- A serious trader thinks about trade setup to a point where they just want to take it regardless of interface. (I acknowledge that this should be fixed).
It’s not about this and that, in my experience, the process was completely unfair, and this firm ultimately 100% failed to retain a disciplined trader who intended to grow and treat a trader as gambler without considering all facts. Hope everyone has a more clear picture now and go to other welcoming teams.
Wow, after few bad propfirms FINALLY I'm here)
Everything is great, quick and understandeble connect with Bybit.
I love that in this propfirm you dont need to wait for trading days or consistansy. If you are funded you can trade now and get payout on this day.
They literally did my payout and KYC in just 2 hours!
Also I want to mention Teresa and the tech team. They are really fast, helpfull and professional.
So If you want to choose a propfirm, I think in crypto sphere Mubite is one of the best and comfortable for traders)

Hands down one of the best crypto prop firm or not the best in the making. Mubite is underrated and has a lot of potential. Tried other crypto prop firms but this one is the best for me when it comes to their transparent rules and trading platform. Support is very responsive. Requested my first payout and did KYC. It took a few hours. Would definitely recommend
