Tried other crypto prop firms but this one is the best for me when it comes to their transparent rules and trading platform. Support is very responsive. Requested my first payout and did KYC. I’ve tried a handful of crypto prop…
I’ve tried a handful of crypto prop firms over the past year and Mubite is the first one that actually feels trader friendly. The signup was fast, the platform is simple, and the rules are written in a way that makes sense. No hidden traps. No confusing limitations.
What surprised me most was the payout speed. My first withdrawal from a funded account arrived within an hour on a weekday. Support replied quickly when I had a question about drawdown limits and actually explained things clearly instead of copy pasting answers.
Trading on Bybit with a funded account has been smooth and the conditions match real market execution. If you already have a strategy and need capital to scale, Mubite is a solid choice. It’s still a newer firm so I’ll keep watching how they grow, but so far my experience has been very positive.
Would recommend to any serious crypto trader looking for instant funding and fast payouts.

Immature Platform Violating EU Consumer Law on Service Delivery
paid Mubite for an "Instant Funding" account. After a minor, instantly-canceled trading error, their automated system permanently closed the account. Despite acknowledging the mistake was accidental, they refused a 1:1 restoration or a refund, hiding behind "automated rules."
Instead, they offered a completely different, more restrictive product—a "Two-Step Challenge"—that I never agreed to purchase. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and a clear failure to deliver the service as advertised.
When I defended my rights as a consumer, the support team lead threatened me with legal action to silence my feedback. A company that threatens its customers for leaving honest reviews cannot be trusted.
My demand is simple: Mubite must either restore my original Instant Funding account 1:1 or provide a full refund. There is no third option.
Failure to resolve this fairly will result in me escalating this dispute with all pertinent regulatory bodies, including the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI) for unfair commercial practices and the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Czech Republic for cross-border consumer law violations. I will also be filing a formal chargeback with my financial institution.
All chat logs, screenshots, and evidence of their refusal to deliver the purchased service and subsequent threats have been preserved and will be included in my submissions. Prospective traders should be extremely cautious.

Our system accurately detected a violation of the maximum position size rule, which is clearly stated in the challenge conditions agreed to before purchase. We have verified all trading data and communication records — the evidence clearly confirms that the breach occurred on your side. Despite this, out of goodwill, our team offered you an alternative solution to continue trading, even though the rules do not obligate us to do so.

Yes. And some rule triggered and I had the worst interaction with your chat.
Then they tried to make me whole and gave me this sub account when I stated I would have your company looked into for business practices, no joke.
But I never received my original account back. Could've made things a lot easier for the both of us to just reset and move on because the position got fat fingered and this is a NEW platform.
But it's the same old game with props, I'm just testing the legit ones. Some will do anything to not honor a good player..
Because the liquidity comes from us buying the challenge. Anyways...
At least do me in good faith now with the scraps your swapped me with "in kindness"... hopefully I can kick your asses and make some good gains, or just part with you and review you.

Such behaviour toward our staff is unacceptable. Our support team engaged constructively and repeatedly to resolve the matter, and we have preserved all chat logs, timestamps, and trading records. We fully stand by our decision to enforce the clearly published rules, and we regret that the interaction escalated.
Mubite operates with transparency, consistent risk rules, and equal treatment for all traders. We always aim to assist users where possible, but we will not tolerate abusive or threatening conduct toward our team.
