Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Takes at least a week to ever hear back. Ended up asking for a refund after receiving the product 2 weeks later. Another 2 weeks and nothing, no refund, no contact. Had to file a dispute on the charge. Horrible company. Do not give your business to them, they do not respect or care about customers.
