I was having technical issues and used the live chat for help. I chatted with Luke who was extremely patient and helpful and his instructions were clear. My issue could not be resolved (location issues, nothing to do with the website or advice) but Luke was so friendly I have to give 5 stars for customer service - well done.

I was planning a trek and the support team were very knoweldgeable and helpful. If they dont know something right away they will look it up and get back to you quickly with the answer. They were also super friendly and easy to chat with.

Customer service replied quickly in my booking question and I was able to book my trip the next day. I have used MBA once before for Kilimanjaro and it was amazing so excited to try the Lofoten islands with them!

Out of the gate I found the MBA website incredibly informative, providing enough information to commit to a trip. By chance, MBA personnel reached out to me during the process, and they could not have been more helpful. They have a very reasonable downpayment and refund/credit policy. I am looking forward to my first trip.

I’ve just come back from the Annapurna Circuit with Much Better Adventures, using the Freedom Adventures guide team, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.

The entire trip was incredibly well run, but what really made it special were the people. Our assistant guides, Resham, Lahure and Tsring, were absolutely brilliant. They struck the perfect balance between professionalism and personality: always making us feel safe and in experienced hands, while also being genuinely funny, engaging, and full of interesting and useful insights about the region.

Our leader, Kush, was outstanding. He led the group with real confidence and calmness, which made a huge difference, especially at higher altitudes. On top of that, he brought such a warm and personal touch to the trip, a great personality and someone who clearly cares about the group having the best possible experience.

The itinerary itself was spot on. The gradual elevation gain was clearly well thought out and gave us the best possible chance of successfully crossing the pass, which we did. You could tell there was real expertise behind the planning.

A massive thank you as well to the support staff, Raju Sapkota, Balkrishana, Dipak, Sujan and Amrit. They worked incredibly hard to get our bags to each teahouse and were always smiling, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. They really are the backbone of the trip.

Overall, an unforgettable experience. Amazing people, great organisation, and a trek I’d recommend to anyone considering it.

OMG if you haven’t booked yet just do it. The husky expedition in Norway was the most amazing adventure and I lived every minute.

Awesome adventures on the Sierras to Sea Adventure in Andalucia. Carlos & Jose, our guides were wonderful and made our trip very special! I enjoyed the variety of activities, the hotels and the beautiful scenery. The Pinsapar Trail and the coastal bike ride were particular highlights. I want to go back !

I love this company, myself and partner did a husky trip in Alta last year and it was one of the best trips I have ever done. We have just booked our next trip - I was a bit unsure of a couple things so reached out to customer service. Luke and Mike were so responsive, they looked into things for me (I have a severe allergy and needed to know it could be accommodated) and checked out flights options for us too. Got off the phone to Mike feeling confident and went ahead and booked it. Brilliant service. The attention to details and organisation is great and can’t wait for the next adventure!
