I ordered a quad bike starter motor in May 2025. The starter never arrived. Despite repeated requests, excuses and even commitments to ship it has never arrived. There have been no responses to requests for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and now need to pursue a legal recovery route.
