stunning customer service
Last year I bought an Atco Liner mower from Russells ebay shop, not their fault but the mower was awful see my review under "Atco" for that one.
Here is where I need to distinguish between Atco's customer service, which was the other side of dreadful, and Russells which was the top side of amazing.
When you have a bad experience with something mechanical what you really want to hear is "no problem, we'll sort it out for you" and this was the answer from Russells every time.
I particularly want to single out Phil Denaro at Cubley who has been amazing and gone well out on a limb in terms of service and attention to detail. If his attitude is echoed throughout the company then they will definitely look after you.
