Mud did our wedding bouquets for our wedding on 4/4/26. We trusted them with our vision and they delivered the most beautiful flowers and buttonhole's we have ever seen. Everyone commented on how vibrant and full they were and we were truly blown away at the quality. Communication was clean, quick and there was no question which felt silly or went unanswered. We have used mud for flowers in the past which is why we entrusted them with our wedding flowers and we are so glad we did! Over a week later, my bridal bouquet, and bridesmaids bouquets (one which traveled 250 miles post wedding) still look gorgeous!

I hate to leave a bad review, but the quality and longevity of the flowers I received was poor.

My friend paid £75 for a bouquet for my birthday. The flowers arrived already past their best ( I would have left them behind in a supermarket) After 3 days they were wilting/dead. I complained and customer service agreed to replace them. They replaced a £75 bouquet with 10 roses, which also arrived at their peak and were dead in 4 days.

Do be aware they guarantee their flowers for just 5 days. I've had flowers from Aldi and Waitrose that have lasted 10 days.

Extremely overpriced and poor quality

Mud always come through with the most beautiful bouquets delivered quickly. Their flowers are unique, beautiful and not like your run of the mill florist.

Have been ordering dried flowers from MUD for a few years and I’m never disappointed. The flowers are always colourful and last for years. They’ve become staples for my best friends in their houses, as well as my own.
Chloe has recently gone above and beyond to make sure my brother and his partner have flowers and a button hole for their wedding. My brother had forgotten to order any flowers so I emailed to check if anything could be done quickly and was pleasantly surprised to receive a lovely email from
Chloe saying there would be a matching button hole in my order and the flowers would be delivered on Saturday. I’d ordered these on Thursday so it was super fast delivery. Thank you so much for your help!!

Have ordered around 8 times for family and friends and have recommended to people. The last bouquet i ordered for my best friend's 40th and she told me she had to bin the flowers after just a few days as they were dead. On speaking about it to my mum she said the same had happened with a bouquet she received. I contacted MUD to be told their flowers come with a 5 day guarantee. For £55 not good enough, wont be using again.

MUD Weddings provided the bouquets, displays and buttonholes for our Wedding in April 2025. Honestly MUD were amazing from start to finish! Great communication from the team (Chloe, you were fab!), punctual delivery on the day and the most stunning flowers! I could not have asked for more, they made it so easy. Thank you MUD

Prided myself in organising and ordering flowers in good time for my anniversary today. But they havent been delivered. Still no notification of when they will arive either. I wont be using again.
Getting a refund or delivery next Tuesday isnt really the point.

I got my days mixed up and they still delivered the flowers next day despite me ordering well after 2pm! Flowers sent were stunning! Communication and customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend.

In the early days they were great, but there's been issues with my last few orders. Namely orders simply not turning up or incorrect items being delivered. They've always offered a partial or full refund (depending on what's gone wrong) and their customer service comms is always friendly, but I'd rather the correct order actually turned up. Especially when it's something significant like sympathy flowers, where they sent out the wrong thing. Sadly, don't think will be ordering from them in future. Would be expecting an email saying something's gone awry again, not worth the stress.

Mud Urban are without doubt the suppliers of the best flowers available. The quality of both product and service is second to none. We have used them on many occasions and they have always been excellent to deal with. I could not recommend Mud Urban highly enough.

Chloe was amazing from start to finish with her regular communication, preparing a full package to fit our specific requirements and importantly providing the most amazing flowers on the day. Unfortunately, I or my partner who having been ordering from Mud Urban for the past several years have experienced that their bouquets keep going downhill. Especially since bouquets started being delivered by DPD. A bouquet I received today for my anniversary was even more lack lustre than the last one several weeks ago and they even sent out a peony with mildew on it. There standard of quality only seems to matter when an influencer is posting about it now. As the daughter of a florist, I have lost faith in the brand.

Have used MUD for years! They are by far the most creative and quirky bunch of flowers I can get in Glasgow. Chloe has always been fantastic and has put together amazing bouquets for my mum!

Outwith their fresh flowers, I’ve found the gift boxes of dried flowers and sweets/candles etc brilliant also and my friends have enjoyed receiving them.

This is the only place I’d consider for fresh flowers in Glasgow xx

Mud Urban Flowers are my go to for flowers. The bouquets are always fresh, beautifully arranged, and delivered by the best drivers they are always so friendly. You can really tell they care about quality and design. I would highly recommend and have done to many friends and family.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Chloe was so helpful and understanding and will be recommending them to everyone!

I have ordered from Mud for my mums birthday and also received flowers for mines recently. The bouquets are always beautiful and unique. The personal touch with the note and ribbons are wholesome and I do like to tie the ribbon across the vase hehe. They have just changed their packaging to baby pink alongside with a few new cute details and I am obsessed. The girlies at Mud are so kind and i do recommend. 🩷

I've been ordering from Mud for around 3 years, from fresh flowers & also their dried bouquets. They always go the extra mile, prompt service or an quick email to ask about the colors or any preference I have. Chloe & her fantastic team couldn't be more professional & helpful & a tremendous example of a small local business. I can't recommend & praise them enough

As a family we have used MUD for many years now and never been disappointed! Their bouquets are beautiful and flowers last for ages! I used them for my wedding bouquet and flowers and could not have been more perfect! Their customer service is second to none and communication is always fast and kind! Always 10/10
