Mistake on our part and Mud was very helpful in resolving the issue. Bouquet is gorgeous and friend is very happy with them.

Lasted 5 days. No indication of delivery day after order. A garage forecourt would be a better place to buy flowers. Absolutely shocking. Avoid.

I’m so angry on behalf of the person who paid to send me flowers from this company. Money they could have spent on buying food for themselves. That’s how tight things are for them, hence my anger.
I don’t write bad reviews without giving companies the chance to sort things out, but in this case I don’t feel I can do this as I don’t want the sender to know just how bad the bouquet was. If they refund, it’s a bit of a giveaway and their lovely intentions will be destroyed.
The box was undamaged on arrival, but the minute I took the blooms out the petals fell off. It was ridiculous how past their best the flowers were.
End of rant. Will obviously never use or recommend.

I purchased a £50.00 bunch of flowers to be delivery on 05/09/24 anniversary.
Delivery delayed until 06/09/24 no viable explanation given.
Flowers arrived not impressed certainly not value for money.
Would not recommend this company.

Mud urban did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely stunning! Can't recommend enough and they were really communicative throughout the whole process

My husband paid 30 pounds for a bouquet for my anniversary on a recommendation from my daughter . They arrived today . There were 5 small flowers two of which looked limp and a few green leaves . Total waste of money . A £20 bouquet from M&S would have looked way more expensive . Would not recommend

Beautiful flowers were delivered to me, ordered by my daughters who are overseas. They were so well packed and in pristine condition even after a journey of at least 3 hours. The colours are so soft and delicate and I absolutely love them! They were delivered on Saturday and it's now Wednesday evening and they look even better.

Beautiful fresh flowers delivered in time for Mother’s Day - soft colors , nice modern selection ,which look even better the next day .

I agree with previous review - waste of money
Total disappointment - as a gift it’s awkward to ‘complain’ to sender but as my son made a 12 month order it really is necessary to do so.
Flowers were mostly in full bloom, and immediately on receipt I had to throw two straight into the trash as they were dropping petals like confetti. On the basis of this one I have to say that I’m not hopeful the rest will last for any length of time.
Wish he could cancel the order - even M&S are superior!

Bouquet arrived and flowers looked limp and not worth the money, despite my friend having paid quite a bit for these. Day 5 and they are dead, despite tlc. Contacted company & they responded saying that they wouldn’t expect them to last more than 5 days !!! Not worth the money. Avoid !
