Goods never arrived, there was no guidance at point of sale on how long delivery took. When I checked it said ‘out for delivery’. 11 weeks later nothing arrived, no photo confirming delivery. I contacted Muggby customer service, they said ‘you’ve left it too long for us to check with delivery company’ no refund, nothing offered. That’s their policy, hard luck!

According to the courier’s tracking records, this order was dispatched and marked “out for delivery” with an estimated delivery window of 13–14 October. Unfortunately, we were not contacted about a non-delivery issue until over 11 weeks later.
Our delivery partners, like most couriers, allow investigations and claims to be opened only within a limited timeframe after the estimated delivery date. Once this window has passed, neither we nor the courier are able to trace, investigate, or compensate for the parcel. This policy exists to ensure cases can be properly verified while delivery data is still available.
We understand how disappointing it is when an order doesn’t arrive as expected, and we truly wish we could have helped further. However, we must apply the same claims policy consistently to all customers.
If you would like to discuss this further, we remain available via our customer support email and are always happy to review any additional information you may have.

I contacted this company twice about a mug my stepmother had purchased and was not happy with how it was made. Blurry picture and small writing. Below is the email i sent them after my initial contact and they do not even have the courtesy to reply. Shocking.

, regarding the custom dog-print mug she recently received from your company. Order reference (4179) As she is still recovering from recent brain surgery, I am assisting her with this matter.
She purchased this mug as a special gift for a close friend who looked after her dogs during her recovery. Because of the sentimental value behind this gesture, she was especially looking forward to giving a high-quality, personalised item.
Unfortunately, the mug she received does not meet the standard shown on your website. The images of the dogs appear blurry, and the names are not clear, the overall print quality is disappointing.
Given the importance of this gift, we kindly request that you review the issue and advise us on the next steps. A reprint with the correct quality or a full refund would be greatly appreciated. I can send you a picture of the actual Mug that she has received if you let me know how to do this.

So sad, the parcel came completely smashed, and this has nothing to do with the couriers; the senders did not add any sort of protection to such a fragile item! Impossible to get hold of them, and now I have just wasted £27 on something completely useless!

I have given 1 star as I have not received the mug I ordered. Looking at the tracking info Evri have not even received the mug to deliver .
