From the home visit with Brent and the lady who kept in touch with me though owt. The delver was earlier than expected and was delivered at the exact time they said when the driver rang me.The delivery was spot on by 3 very friendly lads,they didn't leave until l was satisfied with my chair and explained everything to me.

Ryan, who delivered the scooter, was extremely helpful. He rang to advise us of his anticipated arrival time. He was polite, friendly and informative. He patiently demonstrated all aspects of driving, folding and unfolding the scooter. He ensured my husband could manage it all with confidence before he left. He also explained how to make contact should we need help/advice. We were very happy and pleased with the scooter and the delivery service. Thank you
PS. Having now tried out the scooter, my husband is extremely pleased with its performance.

The service was fantastic from the young lady who first called round to show me samples to the two young lads who delivered my choice. They were fast friendly and on time thank you very much indeed to the whole company and I would certainly recommend them to anybody.

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable regarding the scooter and was very patient when explaining how everything works.
He rang first thing in the morning to give us an expected time slot for delivery, and then again when he was 30 minutes away.
He is very pleasant and polite - a really good asset to the team/company.

Comprehensive service
I do not respond well to high pressure sales techniques. Simon was just the opposite and made the buying experience a friendly one. Plenty of chances to try the scooters and a comprehensive look at how I managed the scooter from folding up, opening out and putting in the car.

Being put at ease and not pressured
I was put at ease as I was nervous .Brent wasn't pushy or rushing me. He explained everything clearly. He didn't mind answering questions and would demonstrate all I needed to know. He put me through the demonstration at a pace I could follow. He was a gentleman.

Muick Sandy came to.My house and gave me a demonstration. It is a lovely scooter, fitting my exact requirements. It is very well made , and easy to fold up and unfold again. I placed an order and expected it to take some time to be delivered. But, no, it was delivered to my door, all packaging removed and taken back and the scooter delivered on Friday 12th June. Exemplary service. Great demonstration man, good lady deliverer. Brilliant overall service, with back up team only a phone call away, should I require them. Well done everyone at Muick Sandy.
