No message or any notification concerning that transaction

I’ve been to the Sunnyside branch 4 times and it’s generally bad but today I waited in a queue for an HOUR which was firstly in no order and then I was told that the world remit references hadn’t been working on their systems for a WEEK.

I have never had a problem sending money to Zimbabwe until recently. My money is kept by Mukuru and unless the person who is receiving the money says he has not received it, it would never get sent. I have had this bad experience twice now and will hesitate to use Mukuru again. Something strange is going on

Mukuru is not reliable someone transferred money on Friday till Wednesday money is not in account please be careful with this mukuru. This is my first and last to use this fly by night bank.

The service is extremely bad.In Cape town,l went day one and found a terribly long queue and decided to return day 2.That was even worse.l arrived early thinking,l would get MY MONEY,only to be told we are waiting for money,there's NO MONEY.From 8am -11am same story.There is only one consultant and only one branch in the whole of Cape town in this terrible time of corona.Totally not impressed.
Your service is very important poor you took more than 3 daes to change just number. I'm not impressed

The staff are very helpful, professional and kind to help whenever a problem like text not received, they are very quick to help and your family or friend or colleague will receive the money in seconds once the problem is rectified. Mukuru service in Second street Harare has been terrible. I sent US$4,000 at one point. Firstly they said that the money needed to be cleared and that we should come the next day. The next day they told my recipient that the worldremit number was not working after an hour of waiting. My recipient finally went to CBZ and managed to collect the money. We had to use another outlet. That was so terrible and poor customer service. Please don't use them. I would never recommend them
I did swipe at Spa in Bronkospruite, and the card was saying card declined, then I ended paying my goods in cash,,soon after I left spar I did receive the message shows the money was deducted from my Mukuru card to spar.Now I requested my bank statement from Mukuru since I need to take it to spar for money refund,,but from 2 December till now I didn't get proper explanation about what had happened and I didn't get my STATEMENT, if tried to get my STATEMENT alone,,it is saying my email address is invalid yet that is the same address I did use before.

If you want to send more than £600 avoid them especially if the money is needed urgently their authorisation process takes long.

I've been a loyal customer since 2011 and Mukuru never dissappointed me in any way...their service is awesome😍 i call it Top Shelf service.Recently my friend Macdonald sent me money from Zim to South Africa and he put the last digit of my registered number wrong. I didn't recieve the sms with the collection voucher, i requested a call back and guess what? They phoned me in no time and the guy was so kind he asked what was the problem in a polite way, i told him and he actually called my friend Macdonald back in Zim to sort the problem out and it was done in no time 😊...i recieved the message immediately, and one last thing once you recieved the message you can easly reedem the cash straight onto your card withought extra charge....#Outstanding#Moo

The service is super excellent. The customer care service are well experienced personnel and help people in a way that you will be totally satisfied.
So far my experience with Mukuru has been great. The service is efficient and the customer care has been great so far.
The money transfer platform has proven to be the best so far, compared to other platforms from other competing companies.
The new grocery package are cool, however more can be done in making sure that the grocery basket has essential goods or food items in huge quantities especially the basic commodities like Rice, sugar, sugar beans, flour etc. Considering the economic hardships in Zimbabwe, families would need a grocery basket than can at least push for a month with key basic commodities mentioned above. In addition, depending with the arrangements, I think adding an option for meats and fresh veggies the grocery basket would be great as well. What would be a grocery basket with mealie meal and rice, without some meat or fresh veggies? In my view, this would enhance the best quality services that Mukuru has to offer to its clients.
I think there is need to develop an app or online shopping page for clients. So that the platforms will be diverse and reduce congestion on in-store and WhatsApp transactions.
Besides that, personally I am more than satisfied with these great services, which can be greater in future if suggestions above are put into consideration.
