Total scam this site, china based and wont return or correspond anymore - you couldn't even clean the car with their cloths or i'd have gotten some use from them

Boot these fake, poor quality leather boot manufacturers out of the UK

I ordered three pairs of what were described as 'leather' women's boots.
The advertisement on facebook said that the '..two sisters running this old family firm have decided to sell off all our stock at reduced prices..'
There is also a photo online purporting to be the exterior of the London 'Mully' shop but the signage above the shop is clearly photoshopped.
The boots took over two weeks to arrive wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed all together in a plastic bag.
The return address label on the package reads 4PX Express Co Limited UK,Unit 5,Trident Way,Southall UB2 5LF.
When I emailed 'Mully' London and expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the boots and the fact that they were NOT leather the reply said,'You may keep the boots and we will give you 20% off your next order' (!!!???)
I emailed again & informed them I was about to contact Trading Standards and then received another response telling me I could return the boots to an address in China but would have to pay the shipping costs.
I contacted my bank who are currently pursuing these dishonest and obviously Chinese scammers.

To ANYONE thinking of engaging with these reprobates my advice is DON'T but if you already have done, contact your bank and also make sure to report these objectionable excuses for human beings to any relevant authorities.

Do not order from this company!

Ordered 3 items which took over a month to arrive despite receiving an email saying they had been dispatched within days. Only two items showed up and the quality was awful. Badly made, bad fit and not like pictures. Return address is in China and will be costly to return. Will still return but am dubious I will receive a refund. Don't use this company!!

Shoddy goods

Shoddy goods. Very cheap quality dress sent. When I asked to return it, I was offered 15% off next order. I refused and told them that I was returning it. They then offered 30% off next order. I sent the dress to the returns address on the packaging that the dress came in and notified them. They then directed me to their returns policy which states that the goods have to be returned to an address in Asia. I'm not sure where I stand, but I'm not finished yet!

Very very poor quality

Absolute garbage of item - fell for the bright colours but quality is shocking. Clearly not made in London. I rarely do reviews but I made the time to do this. Very disappointed.

Avoid - difficult returns

I hadn’t realised when I ordered from Mully London that the goods were coming directly from China and that it would take a few weeks to get here. When they arrived they were the same quality and packaging as if they’d come from Temu.

Despite there being a 30 days return, unlike Temu where you can return items usually free of charge, you have to pay the expense of returning the items to China yourself to get the refund.

The fit of the clothes were off and the shoes smelt so bad, like very strong chemicals. Mully London honestly felt like a scam front for clothes got through Temu. If I wanted to shop at Temu I would have done, but I didn’t because I wanted to support a U.K. company that I thought was selling higher quality clothes.

Absolutely terrible, do not make any purchases

Absolutely terrible. Make out they are a London based company. Item took a month to arrive, and is NOTHING like the product advertised. ‘Flash’ adverts of products, but the reality is, they are selling awful rubbish, poorly made products. Clearly a scam business, based in China, with no intention of refunding for unfit product.
Paid £60 for a jacket worth no more than £5 (that’s being generous) that was supposed to reduced from £120. Utter farce. Was offered a 10% discount, or told would have to pay to return!

So frustrated I bought anything from…

So frustrated I bought anything from this Chinese scam. Should have checked trust pilot, was fooled. Sub par quality, weird shaped cardigan. Would cost almost as much as I spent to return it but too concerned I won’t get a refund if I did. Do not buy from this company.

I would prefer to give zero stars

I would prefer to give zero stars. Product was cheap and nasty and poor customer service. No free returns for their “London” company, back to warehouse in Asia! Total rubbish

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam - DO NOT BUY from them please. The rags they send you are just that - rags - nothing like the pictures on their site. I’ve lost £60 and no way of recouping it as they are NOT based in London - they are a Chinese company. So to return anything costs you £25 - at least. To find that out you have to read way down on their policies and sadly I didn’t. I can only imagine the reviews on their site are fake. I’ve learnt an expensive lesson. These people can have no conscience at all.

Hahahahah

Hahahahah. I broke my pact to not order things I loved the look of on instagram and it happened again lol. Mully 'London' aren't in London, they're a Chinese company who send sub par products. Ordered the coat that came 2 weeks later, despite trying their best to hide the fact it was coming from China, and it's as thin as a piece of paper and doesn't fit my arms, despite being a medium. I would not recommend anyone believe these liars <3

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The items are poor quality and look nothing like the pictures on the website. This is not a London company, everything is from China. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but not holding out much hope!

This is NOT a boutique based in London - it’s a Chinese SCAM!

This is NOT a boutique based in London or anywhere in the UK. It’s a Chinese based scam.
BEWARE!
They are bombarding Facebook and Instagram with adverts, stating the owner is having to close her much loved boutique and clearing all her stock. All LIES! I have reported to Meta but they have still not blocked these adverts or pages even though lots of terrible feedback. They are also LYING about having great Trustpilot feedback, their feedback is terrible.

Avoid this company!

Dreadful items, badly made out of cheap fabric. NOT as depicted on photographs on the website. Wish I'd not been so stupid as to order online through them without checking the reviews first. I am putting in a claim for a refund via my credit card co but doubt I'll get it. But am also reporting them to Trading Standards and suggest others do the same.

SCAM DO NOT USE

SCAM DO NOT USE. Portrayed as a London based company. Products from Asia. Realised very soon after order placed and they refused to cancel the order. Said next day shipping with royal mail when I was looking at the item.
They have FAKE trust pilot reviews on their website to suggest they have over 1400 reviews and overall 4 and a half star rating. DECEPTION.
Website is professional looking and all geared around deception, they want you to think they are based in London even down to their customer service hours being 9-5 (correspondence I received was around 2am). The items look good quality on the site.
If you do an image search on one of the items for example the Lucy plush coat, it shows other identical websites with different names.
Reported to Facebook where I saw the ad and clicked through. Reported to National Cyber security centre. Reported to bank and cancelled card used. Raised visa dispute.

I wish I could give minus stars

If I could no stars I would.
Absolute scam and shame on those who have given positive reviews. Substandard and unbelievably poor quality. Sizing completely wrong and if you want to return it’s at your cost to Asia. Portrayed to be a London based boutique. Absolute rubbish. Do not order.
