Is a better quality than this! The material is discusting and so is the "jacket" . I must add that this arrived about a MONTH after the initial order. I am taking this to CAB and reporting this to the bank as a fraud!!!

Update from 12/11/24- I contacted my bank to report this as a fraud- recieved full refund from my bank under the refund policy and a confirmation of this being a scam company, they keep chaging names and accounts. If you've oredred anything, please contact your bank, block your account and request a new bank card for safety reasons. this is beyond dodgy. They also "operate under the name "Claire london"

Do not buy from this company. I purchased their Lucy retro jacket after seeing it advertised on facebook. The jacket arrived several weeks later from China. The material is cheap, it’s not remotely lined and the zip broke at the first touch. Horrible. Worth about £3 from the market and not the £50 I paid

Don’t buy from Mully London. Wish I read the reviews on trustpilot first. The quality is extremely poor, and they require expensive returns to China. Customer service only offers partial refunds and no UK return address. Feels deceptive. The reviews on their site seem questionable. I feel scammed!

From start to finish, this has been the worst shopping experience I have had. Took ages to arrived, looked no thing what it did in the pictures. Said high quality but it wasn’t. Told that I could return it to a uk address then they offered 30% next, no chance, took them ages and 7 emails from them to give me an address in Asia.

This is a total scam. Advertise the plush coat as plush and it’s super light, cheap tacky zips and the sizing is not as suggested. This is not as advertised. I have totally overpaid for a crap cheaply made coat and they offered me 10% refund! They are totally crap.

Utter rubbish- scam company that send out badly made items from Asia and then go against their own returns policy by trying to offer you 30% off another rubbish item rather than the refund. Returns have to go to ASIA at the customers expense. Do not buy from them - it’s market stall tat - claim money back from bank as it’s basically fraud - you do not get what they are advertising …

Absolu Crap company I ordered a 3XL jacket , I am a size 16 and went by their very inaccurate sizing. It is more like a size 12! I thought I was ordering from London. If they are China based rubbish. They offered me 30% off next order instead of return address. I insisted on a return and am now wondering if I will get my money back if I return the two jackets . £70 badly spent.

Wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Jumper was simply a poor quality too with a knitted pattern printed on it, postage took over three weeks, and wrong colour top was sent. Jacket was also really poor quality.
I asked for a return label but they don’t pay return postage. They actually won’t give a return address but offered me a 40% refund to keep the items to reduce carbon emission!!
Avoid this company at all costs!!!

Can only give 1 star as no stars is not an option. Absolutely abysmal quality goods, which other companies are also selling. They are nothing like the photos, look highly flammable and have such expensive return policy they should be shut down.

I ordered a lightweight jacket for £39 which took ages to arrive. It was poor quality and too small. I wanted to return it but after receiving the return address which was in China not London I quickly realised the cheapest option was £17!! It is deceiving as I thought I was ordering rom a store in London. Very disappointing.

Item looked great on Facebook advert, more like a poor quality tee shirt when it arrived. Hadn’t read the return policy which is that, for whatever reason, you want to return an item it has to be posted, at your cost!, to China. That is half the cost of the item! The quality is that poor I’d be ashamed to send it to a charity shop.

Buyers beware, ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago still haven’t received it. Wish I’d read the reviews I do believe this is a scam. Website and Facebook page makes them look legitimate but they are not! Do not reply when emailed customer services.
Total Scam

This company is a total scam who catch customers on Facebook. I ordered what I thought were quality winter dresses and what came looked like Nylon overalls.. “ Customer service” is nonsense and I’m not getting any sense out of them . They should be shut down. Bogus reviews on their website purportedly from Trust Pilot ..

A scam. It is not a London company- the very cheap and poor quality clothes come from China. My coat took a month to arrive, and is maybe now only useful for drying the dog. So annoyed with the company, and for myself that I fell for the flashy website and didn’t check the reviews. Don’t even bother!

Incredibly poor quality garment bite no resemblance to product shown on website Waited 3 weeks I wish I had cancelled this prior to delivery . The instructions are to return the package to China at great expense

Took a chance and ordered a pair of shoes from this site. They were never delivered despite initially being bombarded with delivery update emails from ‘Emily’. Buyers beware, this site is a CON and have since found that it constantly re-invents itself under different names. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid

This scam company has a really slick website, with clothing that looks great, promises of 30 day money back if not satisfied, very positive reviews, follow up emails on "progress of order" etc. - but it's all fake.
Like another reviewer I ordered a "Gordon Ribbed Jumper", and what eventually came was a tee-shirt with a pattern and elbow patches printed onto it. Complete rubbish, although the 3 buttons may be useful.
Delving into it a bit more - the website is in Holland, the goods are shipped from China, and the returns address is in China. As the Customer has to pay for the return, "disappointment" will cost you around £25 in postage.
The website itself breaks just about every rule in EU trading law, and it should be shut down.
Don't fall for it - AVOID.

Do not order from them. While it all looks legit, the goods haven’t been delivered in a month, the website to track the shipment is bizarre as showing movement but not a single location is disclosed. Every time I tried to contact them, the website with the form suddenly closed, reporting errors. Do not order from them, they def aren’t from or based in London.
