Multcloud Easy to Use Migration
I changed email addresses and needed to moving one cloud data to another cloud and Multcloud site helped me do this. My daughter who is a schoolteacher uses your Multcloud all the time. She guided me through the steps and we were successful. Thank you Excellent and easy to use. I’ll leave similar 5 star on Google to recommend you to others.
Small text files
Multcloud is probably good at transferring small text files under a meg. Forget transferring large files other than .docx, .txt, and .xls. It chokes on JPEG, JPG, MP4, and MP3. If the files are over 900mb, you are limited to one to two files at a time. The logging is terrible. Absolutely no debug capability. It simple says failure but does not provide which file or files caused the failure.

I have had some problems with my… User ID
I have had some problems with my account for Mult Cloud, as I added to my Google Account also Gmail what ends up in a new Google User ID which was not supported this way from Mult Cloud.
It took some weeks until I could finally make the Mult Cloud support aware of the problem.
The support was always kind and professional and never gave up.
Finaly, we found a solution which does not make me 100% happy but at least I can work now again.

Let down by terrible UX and flakiness
Multcloud can help to simplify some arduous tasks and we've found it can be a great tool, but it has always suffered from poor interface design with uninformative feedback on tasks in progress, confusing workflows, and (crucially) no ability to modify existing tasks in any meaningful way.
Here's an example: having set up a OneDrive connection, and set up a number of tasks that depended upon that connection, I found that the token it used had expired (it hadn't been used for a bit). Could I refresh the connection to get a new token? No. I could give it a new name, nothing more. OK, so I guess I would have to go and edit all the tasks that used that connection. But could I do that? No. Tasks cannot be edited either (or not their core properties: the workflow of what files to copy from/to where). So, because of an expired token I had to delete that connection AND every single task that used it, rather than simply edit the task to refresh its token.
Put together with poor feeedback on the progress of tasks as they run (and fail), this is symptomatic of an interface that seems to give little consideration to what users will need to do or want to know.
As a result I've found myself more and more often using alternative means to do tasks that Multcloud should be the first choice for (in fact that's why that token expired!) It's a shame since there's so much it could be great at.
My concern was promptly addressed.
Service is a waste
Service is a waste. Sync ran a few days fine and then stopped working. Now I can't even login into their service. The website is full of errors and laggy.
Please don't waste you money on them.

Xanthus at MultCloud was able to give me a refund on my purchase very quickly. MultCloud seems to actually be a wonderful app and my issue was not with MultCloud, it was with Amazon Photos and how difficult they make it to move your Photos to other platforms. Thank you Xanthus!

Waste of Time
Whilst I have been able to transfer files in the past, more recently this service has been a total time-waster. Every time I try to transfer files, it fails. Not much point in having a so-called 'Unlimited' transfer quota when you cannot transfer an entire folder with it failing.

The program was easy to use. Unfortunately I could not use it due to a special setup of folders in our tenant. Got my money back a couple hours after sending an email to support.
