I ordered a simple facewash online to…
I ordered a simple facewash online to their store. It said next day delivery. I went next day and they told me it hasn't arrived yet and they can't hand me one from their stock as i showed them they have a full shelf of that product in their store already. I went again the next day when i got the email that it arrived and the pharmacy was closed with no notice on google or anywhere. Just a poster on the door saying it's exceptionally closed today. Went again for the third time at 15.30 and once again it was closed and had only a poster on the door saying they'll open again at 16.30. Now I've never spent so much time and effort on getting a simple product such as a widely available facewash. Don't even want to go the fourth time to find it's closed permanently or something.
On top of that, they keep sending me emails that if i don't collect it within 7 days, they'll send the product back. Like I'm trying to collect here only if you give me a chance.
Update. Finally got my package in a large box that i had to carry all the way home. You can fit like 10-15 facewashes in such a huge box!

Unfortunately our pharmacists cannot replace the product you ordered from our e-shop with a product available in their pharmacy, as different procedures are in place. Could you please email us your order number and the pharmacy you have chosen for your delivery?
