This is such an long and overdue review. If your looking to get fit, be apart of a community that actually is there for you whether it's fitness related or not. Then sign up for real! Lauren and the gang plus baby Reign; will keep you fit, bring you daily vibes and are always willing to help in whatever way they can accommodate.
Honestly this programme is a win win, its affordable. They offer workouts that you can either join in on the lives or catch up in your own time. Plus they will push you to your limits but not like a traditional PT. Accepting of all types of bodies, fitness levels, ect. In a nutshell they are the real deal. An not to forget the results you can gain are insane.
Keep up the amazing work guys, cannot wait to see where the future takes Mumbod.

Lauren and Ryan energy is such good vibes to be working out alongside. They both make working out fun and even though it’s virtual you really push yourself.

I started using SnatchedbyLo in lockdown and two years later here I am. Enjoying working out. The community is amazing and the workouts don’t compare to any other online sessions I’ve done.

Didn’t use the subscription to its full potential personally so I can’t give 5 starts but if you plan on using it properly, the possibilities are there. Would recommend the live classes for anyone wanting to be part of a community definitely. I’m a bit more antisocial and still managed to get the benefit of the saved classes. All round package if and when you’re ready to get back into fitness - you’ll get out what you put in.

Fun and intense workout. Loved being a part of the family. watching Ryan and Lo interact each class was so enjoyable. Which made you forget how hard you were pushing yourself. I’ve recommended snatchedbylo to many people and will continue to do so. Once I’m settled in America I plan to rejoin. If you haven’t joined yet, you are missing out on good fun and a great workout

Great quality, a brand i trust because i trust the owners, durable everything washes well and is true to size. I love the design and i love that its also fashionable yet durable for sports performance. Packaging was easy to open and dispose of and my order came promptly. I love mumbod

The workout are great and both Lauren and Ryan ensure that it’s fitness and fun
Music is always on point sometimes I caught myself doing a few moves and then back to workout
