This company is a scam. I never received the item I ordered as I was told it was out of stock and would be shipped shortly. After two months, I asked for a refund and three months later, I have not received one. They are thieves.

Paid for express shipping and got nothing! An email was sent telling me to wait for 'about' 20 days!! Many items purchased were out of stock and they offered me a coupon for next time purchases! Like there's gonna be an next time! Serious ripoff.

I am very impressed with the designs and quality i get at Mumetaz. They are one of the best. Thanks guys

This looks nice and cute. You may not need a liner underneath it because the cloth is thick. Since this is a skater skirt, note that it is a short skirt but not a mini. Overall, this is cute. I bought this for our trip to Disney and it was perfect for what I wanted. I didn't have to have something custom made, so I saved a ton. It was also extremely cool material. It IS somewhat short, so I'd recommend wearing something under it (which I did). But I loved it.

Bad experience on returning second rate items. Extremely poor quality and nothing like the pictures. They keep saying items not received and are refusing to refund my payment of 77.97us dollar.
This company is a absolute scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
BE WARNED.

Worst company. Clothes took 4 and 5 months to arrive. Came in 3 different packages at different times.
Sizes were shocking ! Out of 6 pieces only 1 fit, and the same garment in a different color was a different size, i.e. I ordered the same size in both coolers but one fit and one didn't.
They want me to spend more money to return the items.
I have a chain of more than 20 emails with customer service, but they don't seem to understand english.
Clothes are not at pictures, quality of fabric is terrible. You can put your finger through some of the fabrics.

I will never buy anything there. they sold me something not accurate to the photo. I sent it back. I send 4 emails and never had an answer. Now I am trying to get my money back with pay pal.
they finally answer and propose me 10 $!!!!! when I should get more than 40 $.
I considerate that they stole my money.

If you read MUMETAZ reviews it tells similar stories and returns never getting back to base camp wherever !
Lies bring told of none receipt of goods even though an illegible signature says otherwise

This is a scam did not receive merchandise or REFUND

Had the same experience as all of the other reviews with a refund. Cancelled the order on September 1st because it never was shipped after a month of ordering it and it is now October 1st and I am going round and round with them to get a $43.00 refund. Said they were too busy and too many orders to refund my money. They are a scam and I have reported them on various websites, but they need to be taken off the internet and shut down!

CRUCKS and THIEFS - This is what I keep receiving since 3 months from the company - to reimburse my money back which you can see they have absolutely no intention in paying back !

This company is a joke. I ordered four items and they looked nothing like they did in the photos. I paid for express shipping, which never happened and they insisted they couldn't refund shipping because it was already "with the shipper" or something dumb like that. So I didn't get the items in time for my vacation (would not have mattered anyway, turns out). When I get home, the package is there, delivered on September 5. Nothing fits and they all look super cheap, etc., so I start emailing to find out how to return for refund. Several days later I get a note asking me to take photos of the items. Seriously??? They don't fit. What's a photo on a hanger going to accomplish? I say no, I don't need to, they just don't fit and are in their original packages. Please tell me how to return.
....... crickets .......
So now I have one day left of the 30 day return window and I just sent maybe my fifth email asking how to return for refund. SUPER LAME.

Update: They finally got back to me and want me to "keep them as a gift to someone who may fit it." No mention of refund, but "As a compensation, we would like to offer you a $40 cash coupon. It is more convenient for you to use buy other items in our website at any time." I paid $127 and they want to give me forty dollars to buy MORE cheap stuff that doesn't look like the photos? Like THAT'S going to happen.

TERRIBLE!!! SCAM!
Do not buy from them. Total rip off, I received 1 item out of four that I ordered. It is a joke, looks nothing like the photo.....cheap material and look. Who knows where the other 3 items are.
They have not answered my email.....so am now going through my cc company to get a refund.

You have to pay me $ 36.94 as of June 17th, so you've been charging the goods I've never received.
It's time to get me the money back !!
 $ 36.94 should not be such a problem for such a "successful" business.

I wish I'd read the reviews before buying 4 dresses! Don't buy from them...

After 5 weeks, I received 1 dress that is nothing like the dress advertised - it is polyester, not cotton; white in colour, not beige; and very poorly made.

As for the other 3 dresses who knows when they will arrive, and I am very concerned about the quality and accuracy of what was advertised. I have requested a full refund and want to cancel the order.

I hope others read the reviews before buying - they are unethical.

Don't ever order from them. They are cheating. Shouldn't be permitted to them to advertise. They get your money and they never send the product. And if you get in contact they say they don't have it so you can order something else.

AVOID them!
