I finally got my white dress six weeks after ordering it. It was a cheap see-through material and was too tight across the chest. I ordered xl a size that I wear in the US. No return information yet although I requested info twice.
I will not use this company again.

DISHONEST! As above, they stalled with apologetic emails saying they were working on it but then after many, many emails back and forth, they say "Sorry cannot refund you as it has been over the six months refund policy - how about a coupon to shop at our store?" As if I would ever shop there again!!! Bunch of deceptive thieves! Do not shop with them, do yourself a favour.

My hope is that people looking at this site will delete all links and cookies before they are tempted. As they will be very disappointed.

Return is 30 days or no money at all... You may get a voucher.
Cannot expidiete service to meet 30 days gauranteed refund.

I waited weeks for two dresses. They've just arrived. I opened one and didnt even bother to open the other, total and utter rubbish!!! They are nothing like the quality on the photo, i wouldn't even cut them up and use as dusters!! Also I'm not that hard up for cash to except a £5.00 bribe from this dodgy company to write a positive review. Crooked beyond belief!!

clothes took ages to arrive and the product is laughable, the yellow cheesecloth kaftan looks like a polyester outfit I would not even wear to a bollywood dress up party.....stitched up...

Dont buy from this place, quality is bad bad bad, doesn't look like the photos at all, I read the reviews after made a purchase and wanted to refund, they don't allow, so I let the order proceed, both dresses are horrible. They shouldn't be even opened, they do not believe in repeat customers.

I ordered two dresses for myself from Mumetaz and was so pleased with the service I have just ordered more. They made communication quick and simple, with high quality products and I will definitely continue to purchase with them. They also replied very quickly to my message.

I was approached by freyagao893 via Fiverr asking to write a 5 star review for money.

I am appalled at the audacity shown and feel that if you, as a business need to pay for positive reviews that perhaps you should re-evaluate your product? Instead of paying for lies.

Mumetaz have great products and an amazing user interface. Their products are quality and the price are fair. The customer's care unit was awesome, they were quick to track my item and always very attentive to my complaints.
I only had a little challenge, my items didn’t arrive the exact day as promised, it took an extra three days. Although the customer care unit was always keeping me informed, I wasn’t happy because I couldn't use it to attend my planned occasion, and that is why I am giving them a star. Aside from that, they are incredible.

Mumetaz has an amazing new seaso collection and i just cant get enough of them. The dinner gowns are not only eye catching but they fit almost perfectly. I was amazed by how fast i got my delivery and the quality of their customers service is top notch! Yes i will definitely come back for more.

From booking to delivery. I have never faced issues with Mumetaz and I have so far completed 4 orders of multiple products which have involved 0 returns till now as I am really happy with their merchandise.

The new season collection at Mumetaz is worth every penny I have spent. The leopard prints are not only amazing to look at, but they fit perfectly. I have been a fan of their shoe collection. Every pair of shoes I own is from Mumetaz, they have several options for different occasions.

WARNING - HORRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!
I had a truly awful experience with this company. I placed an order for 3 dresses in July 2018. It took about 6 weeks for me to receive 2 of the 3 dresses that I ordered.

When I did receive the dresses that I ordered, they were very very poorly constructed with cheap material. I contacted them about returning my order.

They suggested that I keep the items:
"As for the item you received, we suggest that you keep the item and we can refund 15.5USD or offer 17USD cash coupon to you as compensation.
Cash coupon equals to cash. It is convenient to buy other items in our website in future."

They said that I would have to pay for the cost of returning the items, and again suggested that I keep the items:
"If you want to send the item back for exchange or refund, the return-shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.
Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse, I will kindly suggest that you keep it."

I returned the items and told them I expected a full refund. Luckily, I had paid with PayPal and was reimbursed by PayPal for the return shipping.

Once they received the return, I had to contact them again about getting my refund. I still had not received my refund 3 weeks after they received the return. I emailed them and filed a claim against them with PayPal and FINALLY received my refund.

This whole ordeal with them took over 2 months from when I originally placed my order.

When i went there for my baby dress. Then i saw many good quality dress and tops. I my cute baby all like. I got many dress by simple money. It was so colorful dress and save money.

I have made an order in July, it is mid September and still no delivery, money deducted... I was stupid not to look at this page before. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Horrible Experience
I ordered a gown from Mumetaz on 12 August and my order was confirmed. On 23 Aug they wrote to say there's a delay as it was a hot seller! Then why accept my order in the first place. It was finally delivered on week of 10 Sep. I ordered a small size. The plastic bag says "blue/S" but the gown was a XXL. My 2nd item ordered has not even been delivered yet!! Dont buy from them.

This company is really bad and cannot be trusted. I’ve paid for my order online more than 2 months ago and only received one item out of 7 last week. Their customer service is the worst and I can’t believe they are allowed to sell online. Do not buy from Mumetaz, you’ll be disappointed and cheated.

Horrible fabric ! Don’t buy anything from them!!!! $40 for a plastic tablecloth of a “dress “

Clothes are poorly made and nothing like the originals shown, different cut, no embroidery and different style. The quality of material also very poor. They make it very difficult to return. Definitely one for mis-sell under trades description act. Should be banned from selling.
