Great communication & customer service

I received great communication and customer service on our order that was delayed due to being backordered. Once the order arrived, it was very well packaged and exactly what we needed to get our TICO back up and running.

Ok so I ordered 20 pcs of 634-1261-212…

Ok so I ordered 20 pcs of 634-1261-212 on behalf of a company and then I received 14 pcs. which I thought could be a mistake by Shipping manager. I opened case then it was closed without any investigation. I have emailed like 12 times to the salesperson. Now they are just seeing msgs and ignoring. I m still in loss of 6 pcs. I waited alot before putting this review on. I opnened case again which is not started yet. I hope this review they see and get back to us.

Purchased temp indicator that was over…

Purchased temp indicator that was over two years old on the shelf. It never worked. No warranty honored. Had to purchase another one. Terrible customer service.
