Shipping so expensive and it took 2 months plus to even ship I thought they scammed me at first but then I got the email packaging on point but only the shipping issue, great company<3

First impressions

Over all positive experiences, slight issue with shipping where unit was not picked up by overnight service provider and I was advised otherwise

Incorrect product recommendation, difficult return

I spoke to a representative and explained the application for the part I was trying to buy. After it arrived, I contacted the manufacturer for advise on install and wiring and I was informed that the product is not even close to applicable for my needs (it would fail very quickly if used as described). Murcal tried to charge a 15% restock fee, in addition to return shipping. After back and forth they seemed to have very little empathy or acceptance that they made a mistake, but finally agreed to waive the restock fee. They left a slightly passive aggressive note on the RMA "customer ordered wrong part". I'm frustrated with their incorrect product advice, and when more frustrated with their customer service during return. Will not be back.
