Disappointed

The guy came 1h30 later than the time range accorded
4 to 5 weeks to wait for an electronic piece to arrive and have an appointment scheduled.
561€ for the diagnosis and intervention.
It's a classical refrigerator, not a super technological home equipment.
I do not recommend this service.

Murfy - refrigerator delivery

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, especially not a negative review. In this case I'm making an exception, I have never had such a horrendous and complicated experience with a delivery.

We bought an American style refrigerator from Murfy on the 29th of September and paid for delivery and service in our appartement.

Oct 1st 2024 - delivery window 8-13h
The delivery window being so vast we had to take half the day off from work. When they arrived, they stated that they hadn't seen the written comment I left for delivery and were unable to deliver because they didn't have enough people to bring the refrigerator up 1 flight of stairs. Faire enough. We reached out to murfy and reprogrammed a delivery.

Oct 3rd 2024 - delivery window 8-13h
Again, we had to take a half of day off from work to ensure we could be home for the delivery. This time 3 people came for the delivery. Without taking the refrigerator off the truck and right as we walked up to the truck, one of the delivery people looked at our refrigerator and very aggressively told us "I'm not bringing that up stairs". They did not look at our staircase or elevator just refused to even unload the refrigerator.
We again reached out to murfy. The only solutions they gave was to reimburse or deliver the refrigerator without bring it upstairs (no reimbursement of the initial delivery fee upstairs). We again replanned to just have them bring it to our home and leave it down stairs. We again took time off work and contacted (and paid) another company to help us bring it up.

Oct 15th - delivery window 8h- 11h
With a 3rd morning off work and another company to bring the refrigerator upstairs to our appartement. We got a message from the delivery company at 8h05 stating they could not deliver our refrigerator, no reason given. When the delivery person finally called us he let us know he could not do the delivery because he could not find it at the warehouse....

I'm at my wits end. We've now lost 3 days of work, we haven't had a refrigerator for almost 3 weeks and we are unable to finish our kitchen because Murfy is unable to deliver something we've paid for.

Their lack of professionalism and reactivity when contacted is something I've never had the misfortune of experiencing before.

We still don't have our refrigetor nor do we have a solution from Murfy.

Editing on the 15th of octobre 11h24.

Murfy has just informed me that they sold my refrigerator to another customer and refunded the order.
As a recap 3 days of work lost - hundreds of € lost with another company and 3 weeks of no refrigerator. No solution from Murfy nothing even symbolic to try and make up for their errors... nothing.

Not advised

Not advised! Over charged pieces!!

The service costs 50Eur (just to check) which is OK (i guess).
They discovered the pieces not working and replaced.
However, doing some research the pieces costed in total 45 maximum! and they charged 144EUR!!! ITS A SCAM!
