I was so happy with the delivery team that delivered my couch today .. they arrived exactly on time and were so efficient setting up the couch and removing the old couch. Highly recommended !

Corner Couch
Bought a corner couch unit, which had to be ordered from manufacturer.
Sales lady (Eva) was very attentive to us when we ordered, and was knowledgeable on the size, care if material and also delivery options.
Couch was ready for delivery in the date range Eva advised.
Delivery guys (Paul and Bernard), came this morning as agreed. They were very prompt, took away the old couch and setup the new.
In and out very quickly, courteous and friendly.
All in all, a great experience.
And the couch is very nice too :-)

The best in customer care
Could not be happier with my experiences with Murphy Home, all aspects have been a learning experience on how customers should be treated. From the sales to the support and especially the delivery guys (Paul and Bernard) everything has been easy. We had one issue with a chair and the ease it was corrected would leave me without a doubt able to fully recommend. Thank You

Stress free exchange
I recently purchased 4 stools from Murphy home. After delivery I realised that one of the stools was faulty. I emailed the company and received an email back to say that they could change it and that the delivery team would be in contact. I received confirmation of the day and time of the exchange from John and Shane the delivery team. They dropped in the new stool. I explained the issue with the one I had. He could see that the fittings were loose said it was no problem to change it. The whole process was very straightforward and stress free. I would highly recommend ordering from this company and will be purchasing again.
