Laurence was recommended to me through a mutual friend. He was very easy to connect with and once we agreed on the scope he was able to quickly arrange the survey. I spoke to him soon after and received the report shortly after that. Very pleased with the experience overall and would not hesitate to recommend Murrins
Murrins Surveyors assisted us with the party wall for our neighbour's proposed extension and the service was excellent with quick responses and good communication. We were worried that some minor damage had occurred and they resolved the matter quickly and made what would likely have been a quite stressful process much easier. We will be recommending them in future.
We engaged Murrins to survey a property we were about to purchase. Laurence was able to advise us on the best type of survey for us. He arranged a date with the vendors and reported back to us at every stage. The survey was emailed to us a few days later. This was comprehensive but written in easy to understand language with photos of areas of the property that were at issue. Even weeks later Laurence was happy to answer our questions. We were more than happy with the professional service we received.
I have just had a survey carried out by a surveyor called Laurence. I received the report within 3 days of the survey which I was very happy with. The report itself was extensive and had lots of detail in it. It definitely helped with getting the peace of mind that we were after. The surveyor also called me straight after the survey which was very helpful and stopped us waiting with uncertainty. The service was excellent and very prompt.
