Customer service was excellent, clear and quick and helpful in my decision to purchase their leg curl extension machine.
The machine itself is excellent, commercial quality for certain, one minor gripe is that the instructions aren't great and the bolts/washers etc are free to move in bags as opposed to being laid out like other similar products which makes assembly more tedious than it needs to be.
However this is still a small issue among an overwhelmingly positive experience.

Following an issue I had with a purchase from Muscle IQ, once they were aware, they couldn't have been better. They were straight on the phone to me to see what they could do to make it better. They have been very generous and for that reason I can't recommend them highly enough. Nice to deal with a company that actually cares about its customers and wants a good experience.

I ordered the 40kg adjustable dumbbells. They came next day but one had an issue switching between weights. They were very responsive and sent a replacement out right away. The dumbbells themselves look great and are high quality

Ordered the 40kg adjustable dumbbells and they are brilliant! The quality of the dumbbells themselves are great, very sturdy as you would expect and very smooth when changing weights. The stand they come with aswell is great for storing them and keeping them compact for a home gym set up. Great value for money with these dumbbells 10/10 would recommend.

We ordered a dumbbell set with a rack. The dumbbells were excellent quality for an incredible price. When our order arrived one of the six boxes was missing. Contacted customer services and they fixed the issues in less than 24hrs. I will be recommending this company to all my friends. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of dumbbells which were in perfect condition, however I didn’t require them anymore so decided to return them. I contacted customer support who were absolutely amazing. I received a full refund within days. Highly recommend this company!

I cannot express how good Muscleiq are, a quick phone call and images were sent of the stock in the UK ready to be sent, we placed an order on Wednesday at 4pm for a leg press/hack squat due to being let down and Todd was on another level for courteousness and efficiency.
Item arrived on the Friday in a large pallet, lots of protective bubble wrap. Item put together very well made, solid equipment and can deal with a lot of weight easily, Very impressed and will be ordering more equipment from Muscleiq in a month.👏🏻

Unbeatable price considering the warranty/returns policy and postage of a 50 kilo package. Customer service was superb and understanding of my enquiries.

I bought the dumbell set and stand which houses them from muscleiq-very happy with them. The stand looks really smart. The dumbbells are as described and am using them already.
One of the dumbells did not arrive on the day everything else arrived but contacted Todd and this was sorted literally overnight, with the missing dumbbell arriving the next morning. Great communications, easy purchase. Five stars from me-very happy customer!
