If I could rate this with 0 stars I would, its a scam guys I usually trust any website that lets you pay with the shop app. Do not buuuy they will no refund of cancel your order under any circumstance! Save yourself the hassle. If there is a way to report scam publicly on insta please let me know, it kept showing up as publicity on my storys I regret this purchase immensely.

I had a big issue with fabric not arriving and was very stressful. Fortunately now the are resending the fabric .

The quality of the items is terrible. I bought a dress that looked nice on the website but the skirt was see-through. Although I checked their return policy and since I was willing to send the item back and get the refund, they just don't accept my return. Don't buy from here.

SCAM. I have ordered three dresses from them. First of all the order was delayed. When I received a parcel. All dresses very bad and poor quality. I asked for a full refund. Where I got a response that their clothes are all perfect quality and they will not proceed with refund. Please don’t make my mistake!!!!!!!!

I purchased a dress for new years which AS SOON as I'd placed order realised i didn't want it, I contacted muse as soon as to try and cancel my order before it was shipped. No reply. I sent 3 or 4 more messages and emails urgently to cancel and to not ship this order as I had a feeling once I got it I wouldn't be able to return it!
How right I was.
The dress arrived despite me asking repeatedly to not send, I finally got a reply when they'd shipped it.
I messaged straight back saying I don't want it and please tell me how I can return as its unwanted.
It's now Feb 24th 2024 and I still have not been given any details to return..
I've been in constant contact since mid December when I placed the order, I've sent a total of 27 emails. I've used the website to send messages and all email routes I can find.
I got an offer of a 10% refund and I can keep the dress whoch is ridiculous as I don't want to dress! It cost £49.00 so it's quite a lot of money.
I have never experienced such a bad company in my life.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
THE CLOTHING IS FLIMSY AND CHEAP AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO.
Contacting ombudsman is my only available option.

Ordered a dress that didn't arrive until 2 weeks after purchase. Tried it on and the bust had excess material, awful design and I asked to return it. Was then told could only return if there was FAULTY. Luckily there was but then got a reply to receive a refund of £8 after spending £48!!! I then measured the dress myself and the bust was 97 cm, online the bust is measure up to 92 cm for size I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous company that cannot accept their own faults and do not give refunds. Do not shop here!!!

Scam! Refused to give me a refund even though the dress was faulty. Their website clearly says you are able to return a faulty product. Terrible service! Don’t buy from them!

Asked for a refund as the dress was nothing like how it was pictured online as well as too big, and they refused and said this is not a good enough reason for a refund and to look at their site details for returns. I told the customer service care to read the site themselves as it says as long as it hasn't been worn then it is fine. Demanding my money back now. £50 including packaging is ridiculous for a low quality fabric dress! Don't do it! They use Free People photos!

My dress came with makeup stains on! material thin and nothing like the photos. Sizing is completely off. Emailed customer service and they expect me to pay for postage back to China even though they’re at fault. It would be pointless doing that with the postal costs. When I explained this they just ignored my email. Do not buy from here!

I bought a dress the delivery was 7 - 10 days after 10 days I got in touch and they said they dress material was too thin and they had to remake the dresses. I had to chase them 3 times ordered on 27Nov didn't get it till 23nd Dec. I told them I needed the dress by the 20nd Dec. I then went to return the dress after been on holiday as it was delivered too late they offered me £10 for inconvenience. They refused my refund even though it was over the Christmas period they didn't extend their returns policy. They broke our agreement by not delivering on time. I started talking to them on the Shopify app and as I kept chasing they deactivated the chat.

A fraud!!! The item arrived after 20 days and many many emails. The quality is very bad and no similar to pictures on the website. I asked to return and they said that is not possible, the return is only for imperfections. PLEASE DON’T BUY!!!!!

Do not buy from Them, i placed my order 1 month before new years eve, and it did not made it to the time. The quality is also VERY bad, and it is from china, which i did not know

The dress came it was way to big and I’ve asked to return, as soon as I couldn’t find the return details on the website I knew something was up. After sending 3 emails and commenting on a video they have on Facebook I got a reply after 3 days of trying .they do not accept returns if the item doesn’t fit the only reason if the item is faulty, scam company absolutely shocking!

Order not received. No response to emails or social media. Could be a scam!
