I have ordered a gong stand on 11th February. I received the order but the pieces (screws) to build the base of the stand are not the right one. The stand can not be used without them. I contacted the support that took ages to come back to me (I had to follow up every time) and they just told me they contacted the provider in China that said the pieces were correct - They obviously aren’t since nothing is fitting and, ironically, the gong stand can not stand. We are on 6th April and they still haven’t made any effort to solve the issue. Pure waste of money, 80e. Do not buy with them, they’re just a reseller from China and if an issue arise with your order you will not receive any help nor solution from them.

Scammers. Called them at the start of November to buy a Gator Rack case. They said they could ship it on time for my needs. I paid, they did not ship the case, kept my money and stopped answering their phones and emails.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company is negative. Having purchased a Gator GR-STUDIO-16U rack on 18-3-2025 (ordered on 14-3-2025), contrary to the manufacturer's specifications, which were later confirmed by email with the respective international support, the rack was delivered without the set of screws necessary to mount the devices to be installed. The only response given, before complete silence, was that these screws were not delivered to the European market, but only to the American market, a situation that the manufacturer completely denied. Thus, as a buyer, I was delivered an incomplete product compared to what would be expected by the official specifications of the manufacturer GatorCases. MusicGoodDeal is a company to forget, as it is not reliable and provides a terrible service to customers.

My experience with MusicGoodDeal was a disappointing and frustrating one. I ordered a small musical instrument on 14th May. I heard nothing from them until 28th [14 days later] when they told me they had sent my item that day. When I followed the consignment with their carrier it said they were still awaiting receipt of the parcel. On 2nd June MusicGoodDeal asked me to evaluate their service. So I contacted them on 5th to say I had not received the item. I have awarded them 2 stars, but only because they immediately gave me a refund.

I had a very positive shopping experience.
Wide range of items are offered at competitive prices. Good communication and polite overall attitude.

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to give less than 1 star.
4 months ago I placed an order for an amp cover. Didn't realise the item was available "on order" (very first online reseller I see doing this) but It was also stated that such items are dispatched within weeks so didn't worry too much.
After 4 months my order's state is still exactly the same so I'm sure the item has been discontinued. There aren't indeed any stores on the Internet that sell the same product even in the UK (it's Marshall branded).
Their client support Is even worse: they just don't get back or they're rude if they do and totally unuseful. Lately I've been asking for a refund but, of course, no response.

Definitely, selling equipment to musicians Is not their thing.

CRIMINALS!

You should have the right to return a product for a period of 14 days.
They just refuse and there is NO COMMUNICATION.

DONT BUY HERE!!!

Go to Thomann or Musicstore, cheaper, faster, better and a decent conversation.
