There's always some issue when buying from this site

There's always some issue when buying from this site. Latest was that I paid and received a confirmation email that my order was processing. EIGHT (yes EIGHT) days later, I receive an email that it has an extra cost of 15€ and if I wish to cancel my order. Of course I cancelled

Of course this kind of practice is to make you pay for the extra 15€ in case you're in a hurry, but this time it didn't work out for them. Pathetic.
