Good products, patchy delivery & notifications
I had 2 deliveries from Must Have Ideas.
The first delivery worked extremely well: great product, good communication about delivery and the parcel was handed to me in person.
The second delivery was not so smooth: good products but no notification of the delivery slot, and the parcel was just dumped in my porch where anyone could have taken it. I was at home at the time, so the courier was just too lazy to ring my bell and hand it to me.
Multiple "advance" delivery email notifications arrived from Must Have Ideas the night after the parcel was left in my porch, and again the following night. I presume this was a technical glitch.

Cool tube works well, I had been gardening in full sun and it was a relief to use it to cool down. The temperature stayed cool for some time too after only fridge cooling.

The gardening gloves are very tight
The gardening gloves are very tight and difficult to put on. Not loose as shown in the advertising pictures and videos! Also they are not thornproof, as I discovered when cutting back some brambles. I'm very disappointed with the gloves.

Great sharpener for a variety of tools
I thought I would try a Simple Sharp as it looked a great way of sharpening a variety of tools and I am not disappointed. So far I have sharpened scissors, kitchen knives, secateurs, garden shears and loppers and everyone of them is working so much better with a really sharp cutting edge.
