If they have zero star I wanna give them zero. I don't know how they they get 5 star. No reply the email, no clearify the progress and no ringing back at all. We agreed the complection date and we are too much worried but they don't care. And now three days left but still not reply and contact at all .I am feel I am going to be homless. Sadly a very poor experience with MUVE
Sadly a very poor experience with MUVE. Unhelpful to me. I was liaising with them on behalf of my son who has learning difficulties. They made it very complicated & stressful. After 10 days of trying I removed the contract & asked for my money back - £550. Still waiting for it. Added to this I could not understand the strong accent of the administrator ( who tried to avoid telling me that was her title) I complained to MUVE & received no response. Then the final nail in the coffin was when they asked for 6 MONTHS of bank statements! Even my mortgage provider only asked for 3 months! And conveyancers do not need to see private bank statements because they do not need to do an affordability study. I began to not trust this firm. Rigid with no flexibility. AVOID
